    Here you go!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
    Ingredients:
    3 ripe bananas
    3 eggs
    Preferred amount of honey
    Preferred amount of cinnamon
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 tbsp of any oil
Preferred amount of vanilla or almond extract
    2 cups almond flour
    1 tsp baking soda
**optional: sprinkle brown sugar on top of the batter when it’s in the pan**
    Steps:
In a bowl, mash the bananas.
In another bowl, whisk the eggs so that it will be easier to combine with the bananas. Once they are all whisked, add them to the mashed bananas.
Add the honey and cinnamon and mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix that in the same bowl.
Pour the batter into the pan.
If you want, you can sprinkle brown sugar on top of the batter.
Put the pan into the oven and let it bake for 40-55 minutes, or until nothing comes out on your cake tester/toothpick when you poke the cake in the middle.

This is the only recipe for GF banana bread that points outs baking at a lower temp for longer. That’s because of the high moisture and zero gluten which will take longer for the bread to set up. Thanks great recipe. Just put mine in the oven 🤞

How much almond flour did you put in. And did you add butter/oils and syrup/ honey. They are moisture giving ingredients. Milk isn't. And put on low heat to bake at least an hour. I have made it at start of lockdown. It was too thick. Keto Baking can be tricky. Try again good luck.

I mash my bananas with a whisk
Use 4 to 5 eggs separated, mix the yolks with banana; add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, 1 teaspoon salt, *2 tablespoons of maple syrup, a drizzle of olive oil and melted butter (just a bit) (trust me on the salt level, it all comes out balanced. Mix well.
Next: at med. High speed whip the egg whites to stiff peaks
I use 3 cups almond flour, that I grind myself. *Pro tip: use raw almonds and grind yourself!! Game changer. *Pro tip: for one cup of the almonds, under-grind the nuts so you have some crunch. The semi-ground almonds should be about 1/8" , small, mixed in with the finer ground almonds.
    Two teasp. of baking soda.
Once your have your dry almond flour mix with your other dry ingredients, mix with the egg yolk+banana vanilla+ maple mix.
Next: fold in the egg whites. *This is a game changer pro-step.
Pour into loaf pan, ( buttered and almond floured ) Bake at 330° for 45 to 55 min. 👍🏼
