@gohan0000 This just means the 2080 ti won't be receiving optimisations according to certain games, say, a new game releases, the 6700xt still has support because it's newer, so it gets optimised for that said new game, but the 2080 ti is stuck on its legacy drivers,because it's old.

The RTX 3050 isn't a bad graphics card if you find one at the right price, I've seen many of the cost about the same as the GTX 1660 Super/Ti while offering DLSS and other great features.

the real budget goat IMO is the 6600/6650 XT. 6700 XT is good but it's like 300+ USD. i know it's used price but if you're gonna do that it'd probably be more fair to include the used price of everything else there are listings for the 6600 new for under 200 (like 180 usd), and the 6650 xt is a decent bit better (like 3060 ti level) for about 240 usd.
If I didn't get a 4070 for a really good price, I would've still kept running my rx6600. That thing took everything like a champ. Plus I was lucky to get it for only $120

actually desktop 4060 and laptop 4060 are pretty much identical if you increase the wattage on the laptop version they will perform the same
