I've just started using them and the way they hit your muscles is CRAZY. You can feel all the stabilising muscles as well as even the tendons and ligaments in certain movements.
I have so much respect for gymnasts now.

I started working out with rings back in 2021, during the summer, due to the aircon in my gym broke and it felt like a nasty sauna in there. I bought a pair of rings and started going to the playground where they had monkeybars I could hang them from. I was humbled hella fast, but I got stronger even faster. I didn't care for weather, sunny, snowy, rainy, and anything in between. It was hella good, regardless. I would say, my favorite exercises are the ring dips, (soon advancing to bulgarian ring dips), pelican curls, for the girls and archer push ups. I wanna say thank you for opening my eyes to a gym that could be anywhere. The gym is no longer my world, the world is now my gym.

Super fun to work with !
+ A few weights at home for the legs + a jump rope for warmup/cooldown on the go is all I need 99% of the time.
Other tools/ideas I like to use to the streetworkout park are climbing balls and other typical climbing training stuff (like wood sticks, fingerboard climbing tools, mono/duo finger suspension tools and so on).
    Give it a try !
However it requires patience and extreme caution to build strength in the fingers and forearms; very specific.
Takes 10 secs to set up the tools on a fixed bar or a tree branch, it's also cheap and durable.
    Cheers
