How To: Enter Sabbath mode on a Sub Zero Bi series (since 2008)

This is how you enter sabbath mode on all bi series (classic) units produced by sub zero since 2008.
The model number should begin with BI.
You will not harm the unit by running in sabbath mode.
Turn machine off.
Hold power for ten seconds until you see SA B
in the display. (Lights will go out)
To exit sabbath mode hit power again.
