I just made tasty chocolate “gelato”, I wanted to share it:
2 C frozen watermelon chunks
1/2 C frozen dark cherries
Put into food processor with
3 TBS MCT oil (to help not freeze solid)
31 C cocoa ( more or less to taste)
1 C water
1/4 C erythritol
1 tsp almond oil
Pulse for a couple minutes, then
Blend until smooth and we’ll combined
I can’t even taste the watermelon. It’s just a tangy sweet chocolate flavor. 😋 Yum! Try it!

Can't wait to try some of these in the Ninja Creami. I throw my strawberries on a lined cookie sheet into the oven @ 350 for 20-30 mins, allow to cool then blend with frozen bananas, so good! Roasting strawberries intensifies the flavour (and smells so good).

I made pina colada ice cream. I ground my dried coconut flakes and added frozen pineapple. it was very refreshing and yummy.
Love the idea of the spirulina or other green poweder in. What, can i substitute for the mango ( allergies) that would had a strong enough flavor to mask too much greens taste?? Thanks a bunch!

Mmm nice cream i love it i love it more than vegan ice cream that you can buy in the store plus its expensive. I am vegan for 2 and a half years. I make nice cream whit my food prosessor. I tryed the yonanas ice cream maker. Its a super machine for making nice crean. But mine broke and i coulnd find another one too bad tho. I realy liked the yonannas ice cream maker. I love you,re nice creams. 🙂✌🏾🤤

nerve numbing?? Gaining weight will need to be done by eating a heck of a LOT of food, and higher fat would be best too! I would recommend over 3000 calories with about 20% daily fats ✔
Nerve numbing? Like in your fingers or forearms? That's usually B12 deficiency symptoms, at least that's what happened to me. I took supplements but I think it might be found in seaweed but I don't remember
How many bananas typically would you need for a cup or ice cream?

question: I really like very creamy soft serve ice cream. Is this ice cream like that or is it like ice milk ice cream? I have tried some of the banana recipes out there and they taste like ice milk.
I find that adding a fat like peanut butter or other nut or sesame butters improves both flavor and texture. I've never seen peanut butter powder. it must be just ground peanuts.

these were all of my breakfast meals throughout a few weeks. So each of these were one serving (my breakfast)

Is not ice cream,!! is just like sorbet , and mushed up fruit. If you mushed up oranges, lemons in the same and call it ice cream is not ice cream they are all ''mushed up' fruit is simple and no process involved like ice cream .
If we are being nitpicky Sorbet has a sugarsyrup base
I wanted to see vegan ice cream and an ad for machines that was taking too long, given that TH-cam has so many vegan ice cream videos. Really nice thumbnails though. But some people are not into gadgets to complicate vegan recipes.
