How long do you freeze your bananas? Mine either end up black/overripe if I put them in the freezer too long, and without fully freezing them, I end up with a runny nice cream
we do a grocery shop 2x per week. Once for a fresh food haul (fruits/veggies/tubers/legumes) and once for a frozen food haul (frozen veggies/frozen berries). Our fresh food shop is about $80-90 canadian dollars... and our frozen food shop is about $20-30 canadian dollars per week. That is for two people a week 🙏
I occasionally make homemade bread (which I add pink salt) but other than that I get all of my natural sodium from plants! (sweet potatoes, celery, leafy greens, carrots, and especially sea veggies like nori and kelp)
Do you still eat salt on a daily basis with your dinner meal (going from what you said in your SOS vid)? It looks like you haven't eaten salt for a long time, but maybe you just don't mention it.
@@michaelvictoriareese remember not everyone will do well on salt free, it depends on how you feel. A lot of people need a little bit of salt to function better.
I've seen this guy use an Omega juicer to make smooth banana ice cream th-cam.com/video/jwaogW7skcs/w-d-xo.html I wonder if you've ever tried fermented oats?
I never get tired of these videos! High raw and everything else you do looks so beautiful and nourishing. ❤️
You eat so caloricly dilute! #goals
Yuuummmm!!! 💕💕💕💕
Do you eat all of the salad and potatoes in the video or just a portion?
yep I eat everything I show in my WIAT videos
Nice! Thoughts on maple syrup? Not healthy right? Since it’s not a whole food? Date sugar would be better right?
I use maple syrup occasionally in recipes, but I use dates more, dates are waaay better in my opinion 😍

I have mine in the freezer for about 1 week by the time I get through them all 😅
How often do you have to grocery shop since you eat all the fruits and veggies? Is it more expensive to eat like you?

Would love it if you would share your bread recipe 🙏🏼

Never mind. I saw the previous salt question. Could you do a vid about how long it took you to transition away from using salt?
