    This recipe is great but i dont have an ice cream maker so what i did was freeze the frozen yogurt cubes solid and blended them in my ninja blender with a slplash of milk for a soft serve frozen yogurt texture its was great 👍

      You can use plastic glad with bunch of ice cubes n other bag with ice cream mixture in the feeezer. Make sure ice cubes is under the other bag.

    I got a Cuisinart ice cream maker at Goodwill for a few bucks. It was missing the blade. I called Cuisinart and they sent it to me for free! I will make this recipe as the first one in my machine. Thank you! Chocolate, espresso and ice cream texture....Win Win Win 😊😊😊😊😊😊

    I don't have an ice-cream maker but I saw recently someone take a plastic bag, put the mixed ingredients in and seal, then fill a bigger bag with ice and some salt and put the other sealed bag inside, seal bigger bag and jiggle until frozen. Haven't tried this method but it looked good.

    Pretty good, I used honey instead of your sweetener but I didn't use any chocolate so it came to a similar caloric count I belive with each serving (if I do It in 6 servings) being about 140 calories.

    Take my ice cream with heavy cream and it is soft when it is done but turns hard as a rock in the freezer after being in there so I have learned if you add a little alcohol like vodka only a couple of tablespoons that it keeps it softer

      I make the muffin recipe with the cocoa and always add a teaspoon of coffee. It does add a certain something to the chocolate.

    Oh , we just finished off chocolate chip ice cream made from unsweetened pudding , It' s better than real! We added a little more coco too. We're hooked!!!! Make the pudding first then put in you ice cream maker,

      Yes we bought regular unsweetened vanilla pudding, I put coco in it and mix. We usually put in fudge sickle molds. But tired it in my ice cream maker, It's a hit. Try it it's better than real. And it' taste sweet. My company couldn't tell the difference

    Xanthan gum (a small amount) keeps icecream creamy. Also alcohol because it doesnt freeze fully I read.G Ire

      Xanthan gum I tried on a different ice cream (made with milk) recipe and it still froze, although ice cream was nice and creamy. Maybe I did not add enough? I have to try alcohol, thank you🤗👍

      Also add a pinch or two fine sea salt. Salt brings out sweetness. Commercial ice cream usually has salt.

      I saw recipes without ice cream maker, you will have to freeze lightly and church and repeat the process over and over again until you get the desired consistency

      Yes, you can flavor it how you like, but if by extract you mean something like vanilla extract, the 4 tablespoons could be too much. If you dont drink coffee and are not into coffee flavor, replace it with a flavor you like

      If you don't care about calories, you can make them way tastier and use 5% Fage yogurt mixed with some raw honey instead of the sweetener😉👌

      You can use any yogurt you like. The benefit of greek yogurt is the protein, coconut yogurt has no protein. And the sweeteners are use are: skinny syrups (amzn.to/4bTO9w0) and breakfast sugar free syrup: amzn.to/3yC5TgM. I mix them half and half

      yes, you can mix yogurt with anything you like, fruit, nuts, make a chocolate flavor by adding cocoa powder etc...

    sounds like a great recipe; i'm going to try it; one question, why add chocolate if you want to save on calories? if you leave out the chocolate, it's 80 calories for one cup of frozen greek nonfat yogurt. anyway, thanks for sharing!

      that's right, you will save more calories without the chocolate. I add sometimes a small amount of higher calorie item for extra flavor, in some case it is worth the enhanced flavor. But the simpler the recipe, the less ingredients, the fewer calories it will have👌🙂

      @@Mary-cg1sl you can add flavor without calories. there are unsweetened syrups that are very low calorie; there's unsweetened cocoa powder which you can mix with sweetener; there are milkshake powders that are mainly protein and taste delicious; coffee; etc etc

      that sucks😕 I think you can, the only difference between the yogurt is that regular one is thinner and more sour. Try to strain it and use higher fat yogurt to get better flavor

    Dear. How is that low fat?? Thevyougart, all that sweetner?? You dont need expensive ice cream maker.. in summary, make ice coffee, do the dishes. Lose weight? You not heavy.

      @@MyFavoriteFWord planet earth? where food prices has gone to shit? eating this every day would mean almost 80 euros a month just to cover the yogurt, for a dessert, for one person. Then you add the cost of all the other food you and the family need to survive. If 80 euros worth of yogurt each month doesnt make your wallet hurt then I guess congratulations to you.

      @@pobopower the prices did go crazy here, almost doubled for food. Yogurt increased, FAGE I use is now $7 per 32 oz (almost 1 kg), and I only buy when they have buy one get one free event, so it costs me $3.5 per almost kg.

    Those kind ice cream makers way too expensive. Just buy something manual like a Donvier. Lose calories buy churnibg manually. You know WITH YOUR HAND POWER@!!!!!! You keep liner frozen too. Research. If mobey no object. Just buy store made whatever you like.
