Yes, and when you are emotionally ready you should be comfortable to put in an offer same day or next day at the latest. I've bought three properties, I've put offers that evening or next morning in fear of losing it (Toronto area is a hot market right now especially) she may have more time, I'm assuming those properties are well over a million and generally don't move as quickly.
It would be litttttt if you guys shared the house! 🤣🤣🤣 half the price for both of you, get to be together all the time, no loneliness during lockdown, etc. Honestly tho!
Stay close to family when you're young, parents don't last forever sadly. You also seem so happy back in Canada. L.a. will always be there the same as it is now. I definitely think renting in l.a. and a real home in Canada is the way to go girly. ❤

Also ask your parents opinion...they do always know best! Moving back to Canada is kind of a no brainer but your Dad seems to be very financially savvy and Im sure could guide you with the house buying.

Close your eyes and picture yourself with your husband and kids. Now do you want your kids to see their grandparents a couple times a year or all the time. Do you want your kids to be raised around cousins like you were? You already know the answer in your heart. No one needs to tell you. I am 61 years old. I was 40, blinked and was in my 60s. My advice is don’t waste time. You know what you want go after it. Life is short. As far as selling your house it seems here in the US right now the minute you list something it’s sold in 30 days I don’t think that would be a problem your place is beautiful. Aww, Tara! This is a happy positive thing! You are so happy around your family, don't worry or stress. My daughter recently became an adult and had to start making adult decisions. Some of which have scared or overwhelmed her. Here's what I told her... If you feel overwhelmed or scared by a decision... I like to look at the whole, "what's the absolute worst that can happen?" How bad is that worst thing? For example: let's say the worst is that you'll regret it. So, What if you do? Very few things are permanent. Buying a home there doesn't mean you'll have to be there forever if you realize it's not what you want. You've proven that. If this isn't something you wanted deep down I don't think you would've liked any of them enough to even get this stressed. I think your fear and the overwhelming feelings are happening because of how much you DO want it. Lots of hugs! Enjoy the blessings in all of this. You are a young woman capable of all this?! That alone is amazing.

Family always, always comes first! And also think about how happy your parents will be. I am a mother of three and I love having two out of three of my children nearby. Life goes so fast. I just lost my 91-year-old mother a month ago and I am so thankful that we lived within miles of each other my whole life.

Hi, Nail tech here!! I highly recommend orly rubberized base coat and their top coats! Give your nails a good wipe with alcohol or acetone (the pure stuff without the additives) before polishing and that should help your polish last 😊 the rubberized base coat allows for some flexibility under the polish so it last longer! So happy for you, whatever you decide, but I’m secretly hoping for a move to Toronto, because i think it’s where your heart is. Love ya girl!

Something will ALWAYS pop back up if you decide to hold off on this townhome. Don't feel like if you hold back on this home, you won't ever find something amazing again. You absolutely will! It's ok to slow things down and let yourself make a decision that you feel 100% confident in. It's ok to want to live in LA for a few more years, even if you ultimately want to live in Toronto. It's ok to want to move to Toronto now, even though you only intended to come for 3 weeks. It's ALL ok. Listen to your gut. If you have some hesitation, just slow it down. There truly is no rush. 💛
I know I don't know you personally, but at the same time, I feel like I kinda do....? lol But, I have noticed such a different in your aura since you went back to Canada. I feel like you have peace knowing you are close to family. I think that if you feel a pull, go for it. Anyone who is in your life from LA, if they truly value you, they won't let that connection fall short. You are almost 26 and as scary as it is to think about, when you find that person and start to have a family, you are going to want your kids to know your parents, your brother, and all your other family. I know that isn't the priority now, but it will be one day. Just do what your heart is telling you deep down. You asked opinions.... I have been praying for you and your decision. From someone that has been watching you for awhile (I am your parents age). While I am not a physic, I am very intuitive and feel peoples life's. I just feel you Tara in Toronto, your future family, etc. Once you start a family, your extended family really becomes important for you to have them close. JUST my humble thoughts, but I am just a drop out there watching your feed as you grow. Your past break up, COVID all played a huge part in pushing you toward this path.....

I think when you first moved to la you were so excited for a change bc till then Toronto was all you knew so la made you really happy back then (I've been subscribed since fidm days) and you spent a lot of your younger adult life doing something so completely new. so now since you're getting older its not wrong for your taste to change. it makes sense to make a decision on a place that would make sense for you for the long run and what also makes you feel like home.
I am screaming through the screen. Buy your dream home. You seem so much happier in Canada and you are family oriented. Even after covid it just seems like the place you need to be in. You want your future in Canada it doesn’t mean you can’t go to LA. But go for the place where you are happiest and that seems like Canada.

I like the 4th one the best personally but it’s always your choice but it seems like the most room, finished, and you have plenty of room to change it into a gym like you said. And now with your new car you have a garage for it.
I would stay in the apartment, start the process of putting the place in LA on the market, then after the place is sold and hopefully that happens within your apartment's lease, buy a house in Toronto. No need to have the Holidays, the apartment's rent, the house in LA and then also the hurry of finding a place in Toronto all at once. Do everything at your own pace, no need to rush.

I started to follow you back in the spring. First I love your content and I love that I can watch you while my 6 year old is in the same room. I look forward to your updates and your content has really helped me with this quarantine. I’m in Michigan and this is month 9 of quarantine for my son and I. Since you’ve been back to Canada you’ve have seemed so much happier and content. I think it’s great that you are thinking moving back home. I can say that having your support system around you especially as you get older (and if you ever have kids) is a big deal. But whatever decision you decide on, I fully support you and am excited to see what comes!

I moved away for 5 years but so happy I moved back home and had that extra time with my grandparents. We are not getting any younger. I just think back to the time you landed into Canada and how teary you got seeing your parents. If I couldn't see my parents every week I don't think I'd cope. Ok here's how I see it. Your heart and mind are in Canada. I think you fear your subscribers will stop watching if you move out of the states, that's not going to happen. You should buy in Canda and rent in the US. You can always visit the US and you are so young. You can always move back to the US in the future if you want. Family is far more important.

I can very much relate to you and your situation, I moved out of my home town when I was 19 and lived (near LA) on my own for 4/5 years and I loved it then as we approached 2019 I had this strong feeling of needing something new in fact I was almost depressed at feeling stuck at where I was at and my dad offered if I would move with them to Oregon since they were moving up there for a job transfer and I won’t lie I was scared in the initial moving process but a year in I can say it was the best decision. I feel like I’ve had all these new opportunities since being here and especially being around family again is a bonus! I can see you moving back to Canada being a positive thing for you! You’ve seemed so happy in just this short amount of time you’ve been back and I can tell how happy your parents are to have you there!

Hi, Nail tech here!! I highly recommend orly rubberized base coat and their top coats! Give your nails a good wipe with alcohol or acetone (the pure stuff without the additives) before polishing and that should help your polish last 😊 the rubberized base coat allows for some flexibility under the polish so it last longer! So happy for you, whatever you decide, but I’m secretly hoping for a move to Toronto, because i think it’s where your heart is. Love ya girl!

Something will ALWAYS pop back up if you decide to hold off on this townhome. Don't feel like if you hold back on this home, you won't ever find something amazing again. You absolutely will! It's ok to slow things down and let yourself make a decision that you feel 100% confident in. It's ok to want to live in LA for a few more years, even if you ultimately want to live in Toronto. It's ok to want to move to Toronto now, even though you only intended to come for 3 weeks. It's ALL ok. Listen to your gut. If you have some hesitation, just slow it down. There truly is no rush. 💛
I know I don't know you personally, but at the same time, I feel like I kinda do....? lol But, I have noticed such a different in your aura since you went back to Canada. I feel like you have peace knowing you are close to family. I think that if you feel a pull, go for it. Anyone who is in your life from LA, if they truly value you, they won't let that connection fall short. You are almost 26 and as scary as it is to think about, when you find that person and start to have a family, you are going to want your kids to know your parents, your brother, and all your other family. I know that isn't the priority now, but it will be one day. Just do what your heart is telling you deep down. You are fortunate to have a job where you can really be anywhere and you are established enough to keep it going. I have been enjoying watching you experience new things and I just hope it all falls into place for you. ♥️

You asked opinions.... I have been praying for you and your decision. From someone that has been watching you for awhile (I am your parents age). While I am not a physic, I am very intuitive and feel peoples life's. I just feel you Tara in Toronto, your future family, etc. Once you start a family, your extended family really becomes important for you to have them close. JUST my humble thoughts, but I am just a drop out there watching your feed as you grow. Your past break up, COVID all played a huge part in pushing you toward this path.....

okay is this a generational thing because my parents also DO NOT UNDERSTAND how i hate lights and need natural light!! they're always like, too bad, you can't just sit in the dark, and i'm like, it's not dark! there's natural light!!
My mum is nearly 76, im 39 and we're the opposite haha she'll put one lamp on, im like this is too daaark!!! haha
Then there is my dad, who is 66, and he just doesn't like any light. He turns a light off as soon as he enters the room and will just sit in the dark lol

personally i think if the only thing REALLY keeping you in LA is the house..... just move to canada. a house is just a house and you seem much happier in canada with your family! family is EVERYTHING especially when you are young and your family is too! you don’t want to regret it later in life.
I think when you first moved to la you were so excited for a change bc till then Toronto was all you knew so la made you really happy back then (I've been subscribed since fidm days) and you spent a lot of your younger adult life doing something so completely new. so now since you're getting older its not wrong for your taste to change. it makes sense to make a decision on a place that would make sense for you for the long run and what also makes you feel like home.
I am screaming through the screen. Buy your dream home. You seem so much happier in Canada and you are family oriented. Even after covid it just seems like the place you need to be in. You want your future in Canada it doesn’t mean you can’t go to LA. But go for the place where you are happiest and that seems like Canada.
You have to stay in Toronto with your family. You will thank yourself in the future. I've been 20 years away growing my new family in another town, and trust me the support you take from your close people you can never find it elsewhere.We live through difficult years we don't know what the future will bring all over the world, so it is very important to have your family near by.

I like the 4th one the best personally but it’s always your choice but it seems like the most room, finished, and you have plenty of room to change it into a gym like you said. And now with your new car you have a garage for it.
I would stay in the apartment, start the process of putting the place in LA on the market, then after the place is sold and hopefully that happens within your apartment's lease, buy a house in Toronto. No need to have the Holidays, the apartment's rent, the house in LA and then also the hurry of finding a place in Toronto all at once. Do everything at your own pace, no need to rush.

I started to follow you back in the spring. First I love your content and I love that I can watch you while my 6 year old is in the same room. I look forward to your updates and your content has really helped me with this quarantine. I’m in Michigan and this is month 9 of quarantine for my son and I. Since you’ve been back to Canada you’ve have seemed so much happier and content. I think it’s great that you are thinking moving back home. I can say that having your support system around you especially as you get older (and if you ever have kids) is a big deal. But whatever decision you decide on, I fully support you and am excited to see what comes!

I moved away for 5 years but so happy I moved back home and had that extra time with my grandparents. We are not getting any younger. I just think back to the time you landed into Canada and how teary you got seeing your parents. If I couldn't see my parents every week I don't think I'd cope. Ok here's how I see it. Your heart and mind are in Canada. I think you fear your subscribers will stop watching if you move out of the states, that's not going to happen. You should buy in Canda and rent in the US. You can always visit the US and you are so young. You can always move back to the US in the future if you want. Family is far more important.

@@jyll7159 Because she has expressed concern about moving from her vlog channel to her main channel. It's her busines and I think it would concern her how any major move would affect her business. But it's been a couple of months now and we are still here for her.

I can very much relate to you and your situation, I moved out of my home town when I was 19 and lived (near LA) on my own for 4/5 years and I loved it then as we approached 2019 I had this strong feeling of needing something new in fact I was almost depressed at feeling stuck at where I was at and my dad offered if I would move with them to Oregon since they were moving up there for a job transfer and I won’t lie I was scared in the initial moving process but a year in I can say it was the best decision. I feel like I’ve had all these new opportunities since being here and especially being around family again is a bonus! I can see you moving back to Canada being a positive thing for you! You’ve seemed so happy in just this short amount of time you’ve been back and I can tell how happy your parents are to have you there!
