I’d say first and if it’s too expensive with selling and buying you could always try and get a loan because it seems like you really like it.

As someone who never had a dad, seeing Tara’d relationship with her father could bring me to tears. The way he helps her with Imagine It Yours & also, helps her with financial advice. What a lucky girl to have a father like him😩🤍

omg the clip of the “numbers” chat made me want to cry. I’m trying to save to purchase my own place and it can be so scary! To see the “data” and have your parents right there for support just made me want to cry. Whatever your decision winds up being, I’m just sooooo happy for you

As someone who lives with my my parents I’m glad to see that as I get older taking their food will never change ✨💅🏼

Hehe, I'm in my mid 30's with my own family and my parents still give me food and occasionally random things like towels and pots and pans just because when I drop by.
Tara.....you NEED the first one. Your reactions to everything in that place said it all! It's honestly so stunning top to bottom. You could really be comfortable in it, get settled there, and it's big enough to start a family or whatever you want to do. I'd say just go for it! I'm so excited for you!!!!
The only thing I personally didn’t like in the first house was that the master bedroom didn’t have a door, it’s just too open for me

You are in the perfect time in your life to start something new. You’ve been in LA for many years, and I feel like you’ve really established what you needed to do there, and now it’s time to realize that life is too dang short. If this pandemic has taught anybody anything, its that. Sell the place in LA, get rid of that awful neighbor, be close your wonderful, supportive parents, and set up a life that may look different than what you thought....but it could turn out to be everything you’ve ever dreamed of. Good luck Tara, sending you love from Chicago!

I feel like you should buy in Canada, and go ahead and sell LA...after all, you’ve been away for a while so that detachment might make it easier. When you go back there to pack up and sell, you could look into apartments. But you’re a wise chic, you’ll make the correct choice for you, I’m sure.

As someone who lives in LA- I'd say sell it and move to Toronto. You will be happier and could probably still visit LA every other month if you really wanted to. After the pandemic LA won't be the same for a long time and it doesn't justify the price. It's so nice that you have your dad to help you with financial decisions- I wish mine was better with that stuff!

Tara move to Canada permanently (Condo #1 for sure) it is where you heart is. You've established so many connections already you don't need LA. You being in Canada honestly sets you apart from most of the other successful "TH-camrs" you are different than them and it has really shined through since you came back to Toronto. Tara. DO IT. Living in Canada now fits your lifestyle. If anything, if you have to go back to Cali for a long period of time you can just get an Airbnb. And if anything you can find an Airbnb you can stay loyal to when you go back to visit for work events or seeing your friends.

For the master, I would do a coffee, tea & wine area in like the entry/sitting area so you don't have to go all the way down to the kitchen each morning and night. The bed would go on the wall facing the windows and have the tv to the left on a swivel arm so you can pull it out perpendicular to the bed when you want to watch but it can go back flat against the wall.

Love how interactive your parents are with anything you do. My mom is disabled and can only see my accomplishments and milestones via pictures and videos
From someone who is disabled and lives most of her life seeing things by photo and video, please remember how much your mom wishes she could be there for every little moment. I’m sure it breaks her heart to not be able to be there for you in the traditional way. There’s nothing more most of us want than to be there for our loved ones and it’s so hard not being able to. Just remember the love she has for you is infinite even if your relationship is unconventional, she loves you all the same ❤️
