That last apartment is a world on it's own!!! The only thing lacking is literally a mall, church and a hospital and I would consider that as a country already. Some of those studios doesn't even exist in my place. How is that place real holy moly.

The last apartment WOW! It had everything you basically don’t even need to leave the building for entertainment. Hands down the best and the units are are all very bright and the big balcony is awesome!

As a Bronx born and raised native. There’s no place like NYC! I moved to PA due to COVID because it just wasn’t a good living situation given we were all out of jobs and rent is expensive. But boy do I miss the food

i've been watching stephanie's videos for years now. at the beginning of 2021 i got diagnosed with lupus, and i felt like my entire life was over. i went through so much, i think i spent more time in hospitals than in my own house. stephanie and the entire family were there to cheer me up, to give me hope, to make me smile when i couldn't handle the pain anymore. i just want to thank you, steph and family, for making me want to live again, and fight against everything. i love you with my entire heart 💜
WOW THE LAST ONES! the 3 units were gorgeous and so spacious. wow. the very last one had me shook including the general area and the gym and the little skateboard rink. the bowling alley and the room where you can do a podcast, the music studio. amazing. i’d love to move back to nyc one day 🥺 i still have family there, it’s just so expensive especially for one person. i hope you get your dream apartment!!! ✨💗

If you get a lot of chronic styes, you should definitely try cleaning your eyelids with hypochlorous spray from ocusoft every night and especially pay attention to it if you feel your eyelids getting swollen! I get chronic styes and its annoying and painful but ever since I started using that every night, it changed my life! I don’t get styes anymore!

I also check all cabinets and drawers, among other things when apartment hunting in NYC. Gotta be on the lookout for signs of leakage, mold, and/or pests. I imagine luxury apartment buildings would be more on top of those things, but it can't hurt to be extra mindful. I haven't been in a building that didn't suffer from the "thin wall" issue; a lot of noise will come from above, below, or outside as well 😅 That last building with the green screen, podcasting, art gallery, greenhouse, doggy room, etc was kind of amazing 😂 Your colorful and creative sets are so much more fun though! Compared to CA or GA, you'll probably run out of set and prop space much faster, but a lot of people just rent a storage unit. I wonder if some of the buildings you looked at have storage units in the building? Not sure whether that's a thing 🤔😅 Some buildings also have very strict rules around moving, which may or may not affect you. Not sure whether that's a thing in other cities as well. Also, I am not sure how much of an issue this is around Manhattan or LIC, but double check that the internet service you plan to use is actually allowed to operate at your address. Given the buildings you've toured, it would be weird if they didn't have the best fiber, but again, better to check before you sign 😅 Should you guys decide to make the move, best of luck with the apartment hunting, and hope to see you around ✌️😆

I wonder if some of the buildings you looked at have storage units in the building? Not sure whether that's a thing 🤔😅 Some buildings also have very strict rules around moving, which may or may not affect you. Not sure whether that's a thing in other cities as well.
Also, I am not sure how much of an issue this is around Manhattan or LIC, but double check that the internet service you plan to use is actually allowed to operate at your address. Given the buildings you've toured, it would be weird if they didn't have the best fiber, but again, better to check before you sign 😅
