I am loving returning to Adyashanti after a year or so break and realising how rich and pertinent his teaching is. And as I go further down my path, I find all new points of resonance in his teaching.

Not sure why, but hearing men helping each other and being so open really impresses me. Beautiful.

Deb Stein It's beautiful isn't it? Instead of needlessly competing men can be there for one another once they realise that there is strength in vulnerability and that it's alright to seek help, especially from your mates.

Thank you for the content you choose. For me it feels like the difference between going completely crazy and being able to have access to this wisdom that allows me to gradually be able to really learn to stop resisting and take my life bck in a giant tug of war with my thoughts, feelings and circumstances i call my life. Thank you. Much love to ALL💞🙏🌟

"illusion always ends up hurting" stay with the truth whatever the fears.

Such a profound statement that I like to quote it here: "Life wants truth. Everything seeks truth. Not only every being, but every situation. Any situation in which truth is not functioning is pulling consciousness to the situation."
It explains why I am pissing some people off when I curiously inquire about certain things they say or do that catch my attention because they don't ring true. The situation is with me, and I guess that can freak people out. (And one day I might learn to not give a damn anymore.)
"What do you know that you don't want to know?" - Yeah, that's the denial I so often encounter. I don't buy into the unconscious game. People know very well what they deny to be true and some successfully make themselves forget most of the time, but only until reminded. They take full responsibility. If they weren't afraid of having a conceiled personal truth revealed, they wouldn't freak out like they do.

And... people can also reserve their vulnerable truths to share with those they feel safe with, rather than those with whom they feel defensive. It may not alway be that someone is ultimately unwilling to reveal their truth, but they may not wish to reveal it to someone they don't trust emotionally.

@@jacquin8511 It's a lose-lose or a win-win path, love or fear. Those who build falsehood on inconvenient personal truth tend to seek close allies not for sharing it to them but for having their falsehoods validated. Those that can be swayed are relatively rare, and usually it is easy to tell whether someone intends to converse for enlightenment or for war.

Perhaps because they are being open and more natural and in touch with feelings ? Just like most women naturally are ? A Letting go of the masculine facade ?

If these non duality “gurus” believe in no self, then how can they give practical advice at all? How can he accuse the guy of avoiding life when he believes that we have no choice in the matter anyway? Do we have free will or not?

I hope people don't see this in a bad way, but this man seems so sad, I think some psychedelics would help him see things in a different way. I hope he is better now
