I have a question, i went through severe abstinence and lost my heart literally got ripped out. Now i don't have faith to abstain. But my heart now is an open portal but still not strong like will power. Any guidance?

I’ve had those moments of review too where I see a comment that I left a year or 5 or 8 earlier and I get to compare notes and see how I have changed even though nothing is really changed but perception. Good times. It seems that it’s always inevitably good and positive changes though.

This sounds like a complex issue, would def recommend getting some one on one support from a spiritual teacher or therapist you trust
