Have been following you since last year on another channel and it has helped a lot.Through prayers and watching videos like these my kidney function has gone back to normal Praise God. I still watch what I eat.Lots of vegetables, some fruits seeds and nuts and fish sometimes. I eat chicken now and then and meat occasionally. Low animal protein. Thanks 👍

First of all thank you for the information, you say make a minimal change eg chicken salad sandwich/wrap swap the chicken to chick peas or beans, I can’t imagine eating a chickpea sandwich although I do eat them as a veg. Can you make a video of lunch ideas sandwiches in particular also the best bread etc and make wraps from scratch too. Thank you

Hi! Yes those are all great suggestions! I have short video on a "chickpea smash" salad sandwich here: th-cam.com/users/shortsX9RJzZDqfSM I also have a veggie sandwich recipe under the lunch/dinner playlist! Will work on a video on bread and wraps too :)

I find using a sprouted grain bread, toasted, open face with a romaine leaf on top, cuts some carbs, plus sprouted grain and toasting I believe, lower glucose response.

Now I need to find a replacement for the one slice of faux deli meat I still use. 🫣😉

I like to make egg white bites using cottage cheese and veggies. Would Good Culture cottage cheese be better as i dont see any phos or potassium additives. I use many veggies in my diet and have cut back on animal products.

Good Culture is definitely a good brand for cottage cheese (no potassium or phos additives). It is high in protein and higher sodium, so just make sure the portion used fits your needs and that you're adding a good amount of veggies to offset the positive PRAL of cottage cheese (1/2 cup is ~ +8 PRAL).

Now I have Google to PRAL 😉 but thanks.
