A lack of energy could be related to how much sleep you’re getting, outside factors (like stress or major life changes), or hormonal issues.     That was nice. As someone who has a chronic spine condition, I have often said that I wake up in a different body every day. As someone who is going menopause the fatigue and brain fog are what's really getting me.
