Thank you so much for your video - so helpful. I think saying no is a tricky one. It is definitely needed to avoid becoming over committed, however, it is not wise to be so self-absorbed that we don't put ourselves out for anyone.
I mean no disrespect. Thanks! ♥️

I love your videos - you give so much helpful advice❤ i tried pomodoro in the past but changed my opinion on it. I saw a video in which someone explained that the pomodoro technique does not make a lot of sense as it is scientifically proven that we can take 15 - 30 min to enter the state of flow in which we can work with ease in full focus mode. He suggested to work in 90 min blocks before starting to pause. And i must say, that at least for me personally it worked way better than pomodoro with short work blocks 😊❤

Good point. I wonder if the key to the pomodoro method is the ratio between work:break (25:5 or 60:12 or 90:18)?

Great video as always. Bryan Dyson once said-"Value has a value only if its’ value is valued.” Thank you for your point from so many angles in how to manage time/life.

I was just about going to start some work (although I generally am not really energized in evenings, but I have a day job and want to help my wife with her business in my spare time), but couldn’t wait watching when I discovered there was a new video 😊 Love watching your authentic and inspiring videos, thank you! 🙏 I’m sure I can focus and finish my task now 😉

May I ask a question in my own interest? With regard to your calligraphy, you had mentioned earlier that you could work on a mini class/ worksheets to get the Monoline Italic font down. I've now kept browsing the shop on Etsy every now and then, but it's completely empty right now. Do you have any idea about when there might be a restock of your worksheets? Best regards!

Hello! I’m currently working on creating practice sheets for Monoline Italic and hope to release them as soon as they’re ready. If you’ve signed up for my weekly newsletter on my website www.flourishedhope.com, you’ll be the first to know once they’re available. Thank you so much for your interest and patience! 💖

Then why the heck did you click the video and spend the time to leave this unhealthy comment? Just don't watch it. It seems to me that you are just having really miserable day.
