How to make Chocolate Sponge Cake.
In general, this is a better recipe than mixing all the flour.
It is a easy and delicious basic Sponge Cake recipe, Easy cake Recipe and simple recipe.(genoise, cake sheet)
Recipe ingredients are so simple that anyone can make this cake.

▶Round pan Size (Diameter 15cm X Height 7 cm)
▶Ingredients
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
Sugar 90g
75g Cake flour (Or all purpose flour)
15g Cocoa powder
Vegetable oil 30g
Milk 40g

I tried it and Im so happy with the result. Ive actually made cake a gazillion times and it has never turned out good. But I'm.so happy I found your channel. The cake looked amazing. I just added a pinch of salt and some vanilla essence.
But I was so amazed looking at the end product it had air pockets in it soft and fluffy love the taste.Thanks a million 🎉

I’ve just tried this recipe and it was a big success! The sponge cake is really perfect! It’s soooo spongy but still has very sturdy form. Because we separate cocoa powder and flour, the taste of chocolate is deeper and smell soo good. I’ve failed many times before, using other recipe and different method but this one is the best! Going to use this recipe furthermore.

Earlier , After baking my cake in the oven it usually used to burst open at the centre.so I wasted a lot of eggs. Then I stopped making cakes.After looking your videos I again started baking cakes. 1st I baked vanila sponge cake and then I baked a chocolate cake today. It was perfect, soft and yummy. idk if you are going to read my comment or not but i just wanna say that i'm really thankful to you for sharing your recipe. i have been baking it for multiple times already and even use for my small cake business. everyone is liking the taste of the cake that not really dry out so fast compared to other type of sponge cake. again, thankyou so so much for sharing this recipe!! i hope you allow me to use this recipe for my business! it is really a successful for me!! thanks again ^^

Só não percebi a mistura do cacau. Qual a quantidade de farinha para o cacau, uma vez que aconselham a misturar até desaparecer a farinha?

저는 밀가루랑 코코아파우더랑 막섞은다음에 체를 치는게 편하더라고요 코코아 파우더도 가끔 뭉쳐서 ㅎㅎ
