    Thank you. Thank you for this fuzz-free, precise, clean, straight to business Castella recipe. I’ve been searching for a decent Castella recipe and watched a few TH-cam videos of people baking Castella and it seems to me like they all have way too much time on their hands. 😵‍💫 There is no need for hundreds of meters of aluminum foil to wrap it around the pan, or the double baking paper, no need for water bath, no sieving of the batter, no need for (at least) 10 Kitchen utensils, or waiting/chilling whatever time. Straightforward and on point. Thank you so much!! 💕💕

    요요~카스테라 흰우유에 푹 담그면 요요~카스테라가 우유를 쪼옥~빨아들여가지구 입안에서 한번 꾹 눌러서 먹으면 카스테라육즙인듯 우유가 쭈욱~나오면서 너무너무 맛있게 먹을수있는데요오옹~~~🙈🤤💛색감도 너무 이쁘고 단면도 정말이지 너무 베리베리나이스 최공예용!!!💛💛

    처음 만들어봤는데 맛있어요ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
    혼자 먹을거라서 계량은 반으로 했고
    원형틀 없어서 사각틀에 했는데ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 성공!!!
    1] 15g 우유&식용유 / 소금 한꼬집 / 2.5g 바닐라 익스트렉 / 20g 꿀 섞고
    2] 3개 계란 분리
    3] 흰자에 설탕 80g 3회 나눠서 머랭
    4] 노른자 하나씩 넣으면서 섞기
    5] 82g 박력분 2회로 나눠 넣고 바닥에서 위로 섞기
    6] 1]에 반죽 조금 넣어 희생반죽 만들어서 5]에 섞기
    7] 예열된 오븐에서 170° 15분 -> 160° 35분 (전 20분만 했어요~)

      Лия, здравствуйте. У Вас всё получилось? Хочу тоже попробовать, но переживаю, вдруг не получится ☺️, вдруг опадет после выпечки 🤷‍♂️. Его сразу достать из духовки и выложить из формы на противень? А в пленку когда заворачивать? Как остынет или сразу?

      @@Psiheya86 здравствуйте! Я сразу выкладываю на противень, обрезаю края и заворачиваю в пленку, чтобы сохранить влагу. И примерно через час убираю в холодильник. Муки кладу чуть меньше, 150г. И ввожу ее маленькими порциями. Остальное в точности как в рецепте ) Получается божественно, моя семья очень полюбила этот рецепт, готовлю постоянно, спасибо автору 🌺🌺 Пробуйте и приятного аппетита 😉

    머랭에 노른자 섞을때 다른 유튜버영상에서는 거품꺼질까봐 빠르게 조심스럽게 하던데 여기는 아무렇지 않게 여유있게 하시는거 같아요 심지어 믹서로 같이 돌리시네요. 제가 밥솥카스테라를 찾아봐서 그런건진 모르겠지만 밥솥에 응용해볼게요 ㅎㅎ

    그런데 윗면이 두껍게 구워지는 건 시간을 오래 구워서 그런건가요?(시간을 5-10분 줄일까요?)
    아니면 온도가 높았던걸까요?
