I would be convinced if your weight is above 85 kgs. Cuz if I run at 11 mph I burn 22 cal/min. I weigh around 74 kgs. Your workout definitely isn't as intense as running at 11mph unless you carry some extra weight. So that's why I feel that your tracker has over estimated.
