      I would be convinced if your weight is above 85 kgs. Cuz if I run at 11 mph I burn 22 cal/min. I weigh around 74 kgs. Your workout definitely isn't as intense as running at 11mph unless you carry some extra weight. So that's why I feel that your tracker has over estimated.

    I am following all of your videos , can u make a video for non veg eating people which helps in gaining weight . I checked all your playlist but i couldn't find any non veg diet .

      Yes non veg is not there..there is one full day of eating video..in the in place of eggs in the evening, add grilled or roasted chicken

      Each exercise 3sets you can do easily 10 to 12 reps

      Follow that 5 minutes once..if it is too much.. continue this for a week..if you think you can do..follow 5+2 and glad minutes..if that is also easy..repeat it two times..like this progressively test and continue 🙂
