    In my experience. you should avoid eat full meals for dinner. then should walk about 1 hr daily. within 3 or 4 weeks you can see results dramatically.

I'm happy to your interest in fitness. kudos to you. weight loss isn't just cut food n do workouts. it is involving with dedication and discipline. lemme tell my story shortly. I was 75kg. had beer belly( though I d't consume alchohal 😊) and skinny fat. I felt so shy to walk in public in that condition. then I was doing cardio with wight lift. within 6 months I unbelievably reduced my waistline from 36 to 33. now my abs are slightly visible. still my workouts going on more serious. happy killing the fat ☺

      Yeah I have cut down sugar oily food and rice completely have target of 20000 steps daily break it into two times day morning 10 km jog evening cycling and walk . 160 days from 100.5 to 72 .

    I would like to add a correction, these exercises are to build your core, there is no exercise for spot reduction of Fat. The goal should be to reduce overall fat in the body which eventually also takes care of belly fat, and usually its the last one to go..hence getting and maintaining six-pack takes a focused training monitoring your calorie intake.

    As for as your plank position is concerned it mainly focused to strengthen your core and your stomach is least involved. There should be minor changes in the plank position so that you can have more focus on the belly

    The only way for you Indians to get rid of your big stomachs
    Is avoiding sugars carbs
    Do intermittent fasting
    If your last meal is 7 PM your next meal shouldn't be at least 11 next day
    You need 16 to 18 hours no food for your body to produce ketones that signals the body to burn stored fats for energy

    It's not Abdomil its abdominal.. Guys this is not correct...try to focus on reducing entire body fat..there is no workout which reduce fat in particular area of your body..even controlling and counting you calorie intake n burning also important..

    Celebrity fitness trainer ?
    So if you train a labourer, student, lawyer, doctor or may be a patient - What shall you identify your title as?
    I wish you could have simply identified self as a coach or a trainer which i believe could be more apt
    Celebrity trainer is only to have more subscriber and likes.
    The workout displayed was basic which any gym trainer can coach us on.

    Vari me mokam endi ra prathi okadu flat belly kosam core excersices chestadu. This is totally creating a false prestige. There’s no such thing as spot fat reduction. In order have a flat belly the overall fat percentage of the body should be low.

    11 am and 4 pm
    juice without sugar
    Sprouts kheera beet root carrot
    1 pm lunch full choice. But no oil no sugar
    8 pm raagi sangati and curry
    9 pm butter milk
    Lemon tea. Raagi jaawa. Saggu jaawa
