Great that you have mentioned the “take break” part. Lots of these workout videos don’t include when to take a short break and many end keep going till they are out of breath
This is working like wonder. I was 94 kgs 2 weeks ago . Bloated and big. Did this in the evening , followed by 30-45 mins of brisk walking and eat proper whole food ( light dinner). In 2 weeks time I'm 90kgs. No bloating shirts fit well, bum and belly feels light. Absolutely amazing. I'm a 26 year old adult .

I'm 25 M. Height 5ft9in and Weight 85kg. Let's see if it helps me to reduce belly fat or not. Will be sharing my update here. Day-1: day 1 good, i have finished every beginner workout without any problem. I'm feeling fresh.
Started on 04 October 2021: Today was my first day trying this workout. I am 96 kgs as on today, and I am planning to lose some weight over the next one month. I am going to post how I am feeling everyday for the next 14 days to begin with. Day 1: I somehow managed to stick through the entire 25 minutes. The last set being the toughest, and I did a few exercises in the last set in the beginner style. After the workout, I could feel my stomach pull back, and I almost felt like sleeping for some time, it was that exhausting! Day 2: I woke up with some pain in my left shoulder. But I managed to complete the routine. Today was better than yesterday, I was more confident today! Also, the mountain climber is one hell of a difficult exercise. I did it in the beginner style in round 2! Hopefully I will see myself getting better in the next few days. Day 3: I felt extremely lazy today to even start the workout. But somehow I pushed myself and did the routine. Today was much better in terms of the flow. But the mountain climber is still giving me problems. So I am sticking to the beginner level for the mountain climber in the first two sets. I tried to go all out in the third set, which was fun. Day 4: Today's session was good. But while doing the Mountain to Plank I started getting pain in the thigh area. Hopefully tomorrow it gets better. In terms of the progress, it is good in terms of getting better at the exercises. Day 5: Today was the best so far. Got into the flow and the routine was almost seamless. Day 6: Today was a tough one, especially because I did not do the routine in the usual time of my day. But still I did it, so I am happy. PS: I am not checking my weight yet.
@@ashwinbabu8398 I did this routine for straight 25 days! It didn't help me lose a lot of weight to be honest, and I had restricted my diet to minimum too. I lost about 1.5 kgs. But I surely lost a few inches around my waist and belly area, which made the real difference. I would vouch for this routine, to keep oneself fit and also for a good core exercise!
I followed these exercises and running, suryanamaskaras(5) everyday for the last 10 months and I reduced my weight from 105 kg tp 73 kg for diet : I didn't follow any but reduced my rice intake and started eating more fruits
I've been doing for almost a year now before I was bloated and shit chubby cheeks and all but after a year I saw some results I started cutting out junk food started to do this everyday and 3 min planks. I still have chubby cheeks but not like before overall good for someone who is looking for a good workout to lose fat and all but remember you gotta work hard so don't give up stay consistent and be patient it takes time

why don't you add FT people and take video and show the outcome of them. Slim people they can do it easily not a big deal for them. workouts seriously effective superb.
Same here, every yt video fo fat loss challenge is been done by slim people. Make fat people do it and the other fat/obese people gonna understand and may even motivate them to do the same.

Day - 1 Biggest flaw I've had for long is a weaker core. Now I am 40 and just sarted with beginners today. I am sweating like a freaking waterfall. Can any one suggest if this can be done daily or 4 times a week? Will keep updated on daily performance. Day 2 Today morning session was exhausting, my abdominal section feels stretched and tight, it is the belly fat that feels loose. I combined it with leg workout day in the evening, and now from abdomen and chest everything is burning. Day - 3 Today's session was much easier. I was able to move to few advance level workouts. At present after 20 days, am able to do pushups and am able to see my upper abs, basically the upper body looks much better. So go on try it, you'll definitely see a change in yourself.

Hey I just wanna share my progress on this workout I've done it for 10 days straight 1st day is hard as hell , just 10 mins in I feel so tired 2nd day is still hard as hell and I'm trying to do the workout in the right way 3rd day is not as hard as 1st and 2nd day but still pretty hard 4th day I feel less tired and I can do all advanced versions in set 1 5th... 6th ... . . . 10th day I feel so refreshed doing this workout and I feel like I got addicted to it I've lost around 18 pounds(8 kg) so far in this workout (of course with the right amount of calorie intake each day //and I've skipped dinner)
