    I have to say that this is the only workout on youtube that i actually enjoy doing. I feel the burn in all the exercises and I really do feel like I'm making progress. Love this workout!

    I've been doing this with my daughter for several weeks now and I really see the improvement!! My abs are stronger, my stomach is flatter and every time this workout gets easier and easier. Thank you Rebecca!!! :D

    I'm 13, I've been doing this for one week and 2 days, AND OMFG IM NIT THAT FAT ANYMORE MY STOMACH IS GETTING SUPER FLAT, I'm doing this along with the Get your a flat stomach video too! and recently I've been walking an hour daily, in trying to do all of these twice a day but for God's sake Rebecca I LOVE YOU!

    I started doing this then stopped, started and stopped don't know how many times but since 07 March 2018 started doing it again, slowly but since now it's 15 March (week after that) I can do whole workout without pausing.
    It was hard for me because I'm not good at sports so I stopped after first half and after few minutes pressed play. I didint done "Alternating toe touches" but now I'm doing it all.
    I'm actually doing this and Mel B for butt. No diet, just trying to avoid sweets, fast food etc and drink a lot.
    My motivation is to not harsh it all on yourself. If you cant do something do it bit by bit and don't get mad at yourself if you miss a workout! Just keep doing it!

    Can you do more 10 minute ab workouts like this because this workout is seriously gold! I do it pretty much everyday and its been a week and a half and I already see results! This is probably my favourite workout on the channel, thank you so much!

    The first time i tried this workout i was completely exhausted. It's now my third day doing this workout and i feel great after i complete it. I'm still tired but i finished the 10 minute Ab workout without giving up. Thank you! I will continue to do this workout for great results.

    Before this ten minute workout I got through the muffin top ten minute workout! That's 20 minutes almost no stop!! I'm proud

    This is a really great workout. It's short but effective. I've been doing it for quite awhile now. At first I couldn't do the 2nd five minutes and it was hard. Now I can make it through the whole workout but suddenly my abs are getting a better workout, burning more. I think it's because I've gotten to know the moves and really worked on proper placement and form for every exercise and my abs are getting a much better workout now than when I first started. Not the way it usually works I think. But it's working great. All I have to do is just eat a tiny bit less! :)

      I remember I did it 2 years ago for I think 3 months daily. Definitely 1 month is enough but after that, you could just as well continue because it shapes a really, really nice ab.

    Can someone tell me why every time I do ab workouts I can't hold out because my back starts to hurt. I keep my back on the ground when I work out and my back never hurts in normal day to day life, only while doing ab workouts. Should I start doing exercises to strengthen my back muscles, or maybe my spine is too arched? Idk. It's really frustrating, I'm trying to tone up to go to the Air Force.

      ab workouts may be painful for starters who haven't trained their back muscles that much before. you should try training your core/back muscles for a while before starting any ab/leg workouts. without such preparation back pain can be severe.

      Doubtful it’s enough for a six pack but it’s a solid step, a good edition to a routine. I do this for my easy day since the only really “please.. no” move is the v-sit.

      How much times a week do you excersize or in a day? I would really like to know as I'm the same age as you. Also do you. change your diet?

      +ashley greene try it and you would definitely see results..but do some cardio before doing it or else you would feel tired

    I really like all your excercises, but mainly those for for back and abs, I am a runner and I believe they are great, you are doing a great job, keep going

    i started doing your five minute abs two weeks ago first day doing this one man it was hard needed to catch mt breath twice but got through to the end thank you

    Im not even kidding when I say I got abbs in two weeks by doing this one and another one of hers. don't forget to always take break days to let you muscles rest and adjust otherwise you might actually gain weight around your stomach XD yall keep up with this. it works! 😍
