I have been using XHIT for about a year now. I'm 16 years old, and I lost 18 lbs (of fat). It was not easy but I did it. My goal now is to gain back some weight, but all in muscle 😏 thank you XHIT! I added these workouts to my daily routine exercise my regular ones are 100 sit ups 50 crunches and 1 minute plank and then well I got a 6 pack these workouts are totally worth it do these for 3 weeks and you will see the improvements its amazing do it for a month you will get killer abs
Guys!! This workout really burn those abs. I've been doing them for 3 weeks straight and along with some other interval exercises and I've already got a 4 pack!!! You got to keep trying hard 😃😏

To build up six pack abs, you will not need any kind of hard diet plan or doing the tough exercises, you are able to achieve it simpler than you think. The key is eating the correct food & taking the correct workouts

i lost 14lbs and was already athletic-run 20 miles a week, and some weight training. My stomach and love handles are the worst...totally unproportionate to rest of my body now lol hope this works

Hi, I was wondering if your exercises are good for a recovery, because after giving birth to my child, I had and still have a terrible pain in my back. At MRI, they said i have lombosciatica or lombosciatics. I don't know how to translate it in english, but i have a pain in my back and also, i feel like something keeps me. I pray my husband to cut my nails from my legs, because i cannot cuddle/crouch. BTW your exercises helped me before getting married :) , but for my problem now, i haven't tested them yet. Tell me, please, what do you think? Are them good for my pain? Right now, i'm doing kineto therapy - medical gymnastics. Thanks

Exactly. Mainly glutes and quads with some lower abs and lower back as well.

You should always build in "rest" days; you can actually increase your risk for injury if you overwork a particular muscle!

+Sara M I think it's there so you can stretch your ab muscles a little and also work another area.
