    I have been using XHIT for about a year now. I'm 16 years old, and I lost 18 lbs (of fat). It was not easy but I did it. My goal now is to gain back some weight, but all in muscle 😏 thank you XHIT! Never have I been to a gym and I still don't need to! Also for the people who are on the new year resolution kick, KEEP GOING!!

    Would like to say a thank you to you Rebecca and to XHIT. I am 16 years old, and it has been about 2 years since I told myself to get up and get going. And here i am 18 lbs lighter. Finally love myself. Never been to a gym, still don't need one. XHIT Is all i need. Keep going ladies. Don't just loose weight, learn to love yourself.

    I added these workouts to my daily routine exercise my regular ones are 100 sit ups 50 crunches and 1 minute plank and then well I got a 6 pack these workouts are totally worth it do these for 3 weeks and you will see the improvements its amazing do it for a month you will get killer abs

    Exactly. Mainly glutes and quads with some lower abs and lower back as well.

    Guys!! This workout really burn those abs. I've been doing them for 3 weeks straight and along with some other interval exercises and I've already got a 4 pack!!! You got to keep trying hard 😃😏

      Perry Kitten Yes, and her workouts really works!! :) i was using it for some time and now i can see IMPRESSIVE results :) Of course you also need some good diet, i was using this one diets.elphyweb.com/fat-diminisher.php and it really helps me a lot so try it if you also want to lose some pounds :) good luck

      +Perry Kitten You are right she is amazing and sooo coute :) Anyway her workouts are also amazing, i was doing this workout few months ago and i can recommend it to everyone. Of course i was also using diet (this one lose-weight-fast.com.pl/diets/best-way-to-lose-some-fat/ ) and thanks to them i lost many lbs. Try it girls if you want :) Good luck.

    You should always build in "rest" days; you can actually increase your risk for injury if you overwork a particular muscle!

    Rebecca has 5 pounds, but start with 3 (or no dumbbell at all) and work your way up. Always use a weight that's safe and comfortable for you!

    To build up six pack abs, you will not need any kind of hard diet plan or doing the tough exercises, you are able to achieve it simpler than you think. The key is eating the correct food & taking the correct workouts

    i lost 14lbs and was already athletic-run 20 miles a week, and some weight training. My stomach and love handles are the worst...totally unproportionate to rest of my body now lol hope this works

      Marie Neang I add a crunch at the end of each raise. So go up down crunch up ect :)

      +Marie Neang The hip raise is gonna train you back i think. If you don't train your back you will not get a strong tommy

    what muscles do hip raise target? i've seen this exercise for both butt, legs, and abs. am I right to assume it targets glutes, hamstrings, quads, and abs (predominantly low abs)?

    Hi,
    I was wondering if your exercises are good for a recovery, because after giving birth to my child, I had and still have a terrible pain in my back. At MRI, they said i have lombosciatica or lombosciatics. I don't know how to translate it in english, but i have a pain in my back and also, i feel like something keeps me. I pray my husband to cut my nails from my legs, because i cannot cuddle/crouch.
    BTW your exercises helped me before getting married :) , but for my problem now, i haven't tested them yet. Tell me, please, what do you think? Are them good for my pain?
    Right now, i'm doing kineto therapy - medical gymnastics.
