    What happened was that I was doing this, and at the end, I saw the guys at the backround and my planck broke because of my laughter. Well there goes all my effort for doing that...

    at my gym the trainer plays rebecca's videos on a big screen and we workout to it , then i get so excited and when rebecca says " do u feel that burn i say yeesss like if she was here , she really motivates me into working out and going to the gym , i hope i can send her my before and after pictures

      I think you can get away with doing abs 6 times a week- maybe even 7- considering another workout program i was into.

    This is a great workout and all the videos on this channel are so great but I have a bit of a problem instead of using my abs I use my neck muscles and I don't know how to stop that can u help?

    Rebecca, absolutely been loving this workout, noticed huge differences but need some help!!! I find I have no trouble in terms of pain in my stomach, it's the good pain I like to feel, however quite often struggle to do the second round of these exercises because my neck is in SO much pain. Any advice on how I can avoid this?
