Attended my second official RallyX event. I did actually do a lot better than my first time. Driving a car on dirt is such a different experience and I have so much to learn. The 2022 Subaru WRX is definitely a capable vehicle. I just need to learn the ins and outs of the car so I can take Full advantage of the power and handling. I did get one really good lap. Now if I can just do that 6 times ill be great!

Goes to sell - car has never seen the rain. Jokes aside amazing you are doing this. Getting it all out of the car and helping show everyone what the vb platform is capable of.
Single owner, garage kept, family car. 😂😂😂 It's all true!
Good work, looks really fun, and not as dangerous as some rallying out there.
Love the content and glad to see you putting up some solid times.
Do you think some camber, and larger more aggressive brakes would help? The car is heavy, but it has the power. This is dope dude!✌
You know what? I am a regular viewer of your TH-cam Channel. You already have a 12.5K subscriber which is a huge number. I have seen all your videos and your content qualities are very good. I learned lots of things from you. Your channel has great quality contents but still it is not delivering its right audiences due to SEO problems. You should focus on your SEO so that You can get a big fanbase. If you want I can share it.
Good for you for taking the new WRX out. You guys have a really good RallyX course. Fast with some technical but longer turns. Your driving is pretty good too, especially for a beginner.
The issue you described about the car not pulling out of turns sounds like a limitation from having open diffs. (Not sure if you have LSD's installed, if you do ignore this). Even though the car is AWD, if you are on a loose surface, with front and rear open differentials all the power gets sent to the wheels with less grip so it won't pull you out.
I would bet that the faster drivers in your class also have LSD's installed. I just put one on my car (FWD 2007 Focus) and it made a world of difference. You can power out of corners much better, and get on the gas way earlier.
Stiffer rear sway bar and some left foot braking will help you rotate through corners better.
Swap drivers have a different driver ( more experience) run a lap for pointers !
Hell yea dude. You were tearing it up! Much improved from your last Rally. Looks like a lot of fun.
I'm not sure making car changes are a good idea until you get your lap times more consistent. Its kind of like shooting, until your group is tight you don't adjust your sights.
Sounds like you could do the whole stage in 2nd gear. You could try some left foot braking to keep your right foot down most of the time to keep the rpm’s and turbo spooled up. Let’s goo Pastrana. lol.
Great job! I can't imagine all the new interior rattles you will uncover rallying the VB. I get a new one weekly on the roads. 😂
I'm in the middle of getting that Graham tune. I'm only on his starting map at this point. Was on a tune from another popular VB tuner before. Driveability is night and day.
Which tuner?
@@thatblacksubie Sorry man. Not gonna call anyone out on the internet. He's known for spicy tunes and it is spicy, but 10-15 peak is worth it to me to have driveability way better than stock. I expect to lose a little peak with Graham, but who knows.
Are you looking into the LP aventure 15" conversion kit? My local rallycross is significantly tighter and significantly bumpier and I already blew out an end link so I have been looking at purpose built suspension but that would require a 15" wheel like you said for rally tires. Last week was the first time I ran with my front sway bar disconnected and the front grip is night and day difference.
💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
Heck yeah buddy! Well done!! Such a fun video! I specially loved the overhead view. Watching you set up for the next turn while going through the turn you were at was awesome!! Just gonna keep climbing those charts and getting better! Keep it up buddy!!!
Lets gooo another banger cant wait to watch this
I have the same issue with my 23! I have a E85 tune from Graham, and it's been pretty solid so far. I haven't mentioned it to him yet, but my launch control cuts in when I'm driving. It says on Cobb's site that it needs to be stationary for it to kick in, but that is NOT true haha. Not a huge deal, but it's odd something like the wheel speed is overlooked by the ECU when fulfilling launch control conditions. Anyways, that looks like so much fun, I can't wait to try a RallyX event. What is your redline set to btw?
Wow that is a good sounding FA24. The VBs look so good especially caked in dirt.
Way better driving than the last time! Good job!
Looks like alot of fun.
Looks fun, and a lot of work too 🤘🤘🤘
Man that looks like a lot of fun!
When are you going to get your new tune from Graham of Boosted Performance Tuning?
Did ya have fun?
How high do your oil temps get when driving the car hard? Are you using OEM oil or 5w-30, Im using 5w-30 but with this heat I still managed to get my temps to 238.
Ayooooooo!!
Cool! I think when you get some more grip your time will improve.
Bro looking like Baby Driver out there
Lets see an N do that 🤣
One of these days we'll get enough space between cars and we can swap passenger seats so we can find you that extra 1-3 seconds per lap.
