its a lovely video, and reminds me of when my dad sent me driving off-road in a bo-cart. i rolled it, the engine caught fire and i was stuck in the seat and needed rescueing, haha.
it needed more power to produce a proper skid, and having progressively tried to provoke it, with no success, i eventually sent it as hard as i could, down a hill. no slide, just a roll.
so i think i need another lesson!
and as for EA Sports WRC, as has already been said; No Virtual Reality support - no buy! I'd love to play it, it looks great, but not enough to abandon VR, so I will continue with DiRT Rally 2.0!

@@qwertyuiopasdfghjklzxcvbnm3937 that's sad. Here, six practical driving lessons (of 45 minutes each) are required by law to take place at a technical driving facility, training things like collision avoidance, skid recovery (for which they flood part of the track) and other things like recovering from driving over a steep road edge. All six lessons are done at once and as a class, to keep costs down.
A further two lessons are required to be in the "playpen", to be done before you're even allowed on public roads. Basic driving, maneuvering and parking is taught there.
Until 2017, driving schools cars were legally required to have a manual gearbox, and you had to be at least 18 years old to obtain a driver's license - though you could start driving school at 17 and nine months.
In 2017, it was changed so you could learn to drive with an automatic gearbox (though this limits your licence to automatics only) and you can get a license at 17 (though a person with a full license who is fit to drive must also be in the car with you until you're 18).

Fathers absolutely love ❤️ it when their daughters take after them. Much more so than with sons cos with sons it’s expected. With daughters it shows far greater maturity & bonding & means that daughters are far more likely to come under your wing & therefore be a lot more mature & successful in life, including the very real & important matter of relationships. The absolute last thing a father wants is for his daughter to marry a Wally. Believe me, I’m of that exact mindset.

Is it me or can everyone see that she defiantly takes after her dad, they both have the same get up & go personality carefree fun attitude, the little giggles & screams was so cute. Well done indeed what a blast of a day for both of you, PS Matt Edwards wasn't to bad either 😁but seriously he's a awesome instructor you can't ask anyone better.👍

Thanks to both Izzy and Richard, for sharing the joy of the day around.

I don't think I stopped smiling through the entirety of this. While she gets something of a leg up being Richard Hammond's daughter, Izzy is without a doubt a natural presenter and driver. She has an infectious, fun personality and a natural skill at driving which she clearly enjoys a lot. I can see her following in her father's footsteps and presenting her own motoring show in the future. Personally I'd love to see more of her on Drivetube and/or elsewhere.
