You told me about your shaper, that one really is in excellent shape! Looks like you have good tools ground up, the chips are coming off well and leaving a good finish. Haven't made it that far on my end yet!
Matty, this is the first one of your videos I've watched and I just love shapers. Brilliant, never seen one of that make in action before. Cheers, Alan.
Gday Alan, it’s a P.K Douglas shaper, Australian made, great little machine, so nice and easy to use I’d be lost without it now, still my favourite machine..
Hi Matty, hopefully you'll see this. I have just bought a douglas 10" shaper. I believe it is the same or a similar model to yours. I am trying to work out how to transport it. Can you tell me how much your shaper weighs in total?
Gday Micheal, somewhere in the workshop I’ve got the specs on the shaper, give me an hour or so and I’ll try and dig them up, what’s your email address mate, Cheers
I love the shaper. It makes the most Awesome chips.

What was your primary source of material?
Phil Menzies Hi Phil, I used a 2” high tensile rod, I sure that was the size, it’s quite good to work with, thanks for stopping bye, Matty
