This is the best workout to land you with a shoulder injury. If you would like to safely work your shoulders, replace the upright row with a dumbbell overhead press, the rear delt fly with rear delt rows (the fly won't injure you, but it's just not a good exercise to target rear delts), and replace the lateral raise with a butterfly lateral raise.
