You were correct, the cold air was coming in from outside through the ventilation hose because the vent flapper was stuck open. Very helpful, thanks!

Any other suggestions?

I replaced the thermistor and I keep getting the same code, I bridge the connector just to test it and runs fine, if leave on like that that could be a fire hazard, when I connect to the thermistor it keeps giving me that code and does not run at all, what else should I look for?

Sorry for late reply. If you replaced thermistor and still had problem, it’s most likely the main relay board nothing else .
