    TFR vs Snow Foam - WHICH DO YOU PREFER?

    • @MacklandsMotors
      @MacklandsMotors 3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      More commonly use snowfoam, but in the winter on unprotected disgusting cars, I’ll use both.
      TFR on first and then layer the snowfoam on top

      I mainly use a citrus pre wash in a pump sprayer, couldn't be bother messing around with snow foam most of the time and the results are just as good especially as mainly it's a weekly wash for me and the car has carpro lite on the paint

    Total respect on doing a unloved, non car person pet hair covered interior in 40mins. We used to use TFT all the time and It seems to have been forgotten recently. Amazing job in 2 hours. Epic

    Brilliant! You are the only one who has shown me, as a complete beginner, non professional detailer, who just wants to keep her car clean, how to clean and polish in the right order. PLUS you said to apply a wax! I must’ve watched 50 to 60 videos and I was left scared to death of polish! Thank you so freakin’ much 😊

    Hi Dave. Just wanted to say thanks for the 'heads up' on the Karcher outlet in one of your previous productions. Since taking this advice I have bought a longer hose and replacement gun and a foam gun, being a weekend warrior and all that. Solid advice and great pricing. I don't care of the gear is slightly scuffed, they are priced well to sell and are honestly good enough for someone like myself. As for the question - I have only used snow foam and for me it seems good enough.

      @@epicautomotivedetailing I used to have a motorcycle cleaning and protection business. I was always intrigued by the terms PH balanced and weak vs strong or powerful cleaners. I could be wrong and probably am, but I was led to believe that something PH balanced was neither acidic or alkaline, but I thought it is possible to have a PH balanced product that was a weak cleaner and/or a PH balanced product that was a strong or powerful cleaner that might take off some protection like wax. I’d be interested in your thoughts. Great video anyhow 👍🙂 p.s. what was the interior brush? Don’t think it’s mentioned in drop down.

      i do a basic exterior wash, vac and some liquid wax in like 30 to 40min, it's very possible to do something similar to the video in 2 hours, he even took more time due to talking and setting things for the video, plus the "tecnical" exterior wash with the pre wash, snow foam, detailing this and that takes a little more time
