This simple, all natural endurance gel recipe gives you all the nutrients you need to fuel your long runs, while being kind to the environment. Now we can run without that extra weight of a guilty conscience holding us back.

This recipe makes about 150gr of gel, which is about 5-6 ounces/servings.
1 oz/ 1 serving contains:
95 - calories
22gr - carbs
200mg - sodium
150mg - potassium
31gr - calcium
10gr - magnesium
4gr - vitamin c
Ingredients:
70 ml - Maple syrup
72 gr (4 tbsp) - Date paste
1.5 tbsp - Chia seed powder
1 tbsp - Cacao powder
½ Lemon
½ Lime
½ tsp - Salt
Optional:
¼ tsp - Matcha powder
