I came back to see if he improved the advice given, since he made that video about giving up casual sex and focusing on ways to help men focus on things besides women.

In the grand scheme, it looks like he's just saying the same things over and over again but when you pay attention you can notice the minute details in each video that give you a clearer picture over time. Watching this guy's videos made me reflect on all the so called 'harems' I've always been surrounded by. The less interest I've shown them, the more interest they show me, and eventually they start fighting over me. Real life, online games, social activities, professional settings, young girls, older women... I disagree that women don't appreciate you, or the things you do, but the way normie women perceive kindness and nice treatment is very similar to how autistic men do. It's about the gesture, and that you're taking time out of your life to do something nice with them, connecting with them, and so on. I feel most modern men don't quite understand how much women look up to them, despite pretending they don't.
The majority of women only ever date up, which is something people should contemplate. If she's dating up, and the man she wants to be with is an anime enthusiast that's been running a WoW guild for 15 years, then maybe there's a lot more to the man than you think, or maybe the woman isn't anywhere near as 'high quality' or 'high value' as you've been led to believe.
