Can Tom Dwan READ MINDS At The Poker Table?

  • This hand from High Stakes Poker is wild. For starters, it goes EIGHT WAYS to the flop. This is unfortunate for Barry Greenstein, who raised under the gun with aces. Tom Dwan finds himself almost 100% sure that Peter Eastgate flopped trip deuces, but he doesn't care! He blasts the pot for over $100,000 and puts both opponents to the test.

    Tom Dwan is the scariest poker player out there, imo.

  • @gasgas5339

    the brilliant part was making eastgate fold despite know the strenghth of his hand

  • @DAZE192
    @DAZE192 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    There is also the fact Dwan blocks pocket 10s and the that if he put Barry on an over pair like AA/KK/QQ Barry hard blocks hands like A2/K2/Q2s and Dwan also has a Q which is another blocker to Q2s.

    I don't care what people say about dwan. I still love that guy
    "You all want to chop" . Under 30s don't realize how insane this guys poker face seemed in 2000s when he hit the scene. He was a legend

  • @tervrip3456
    @tervrip3456 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I disagree with him saying he should muck 2 4. 2500 to see a flop with at least 17,500 in the middle. I call with anything. He probably also knew that Doyle was coming in behind him to make the pot 20k. Gotta call.

    13:04 @DougPolkPoker what do you mean “what else can Eastgate have worse than a deuce” Wouldn’t A10s be a call on SB? Or 33, 44, 55. If my question is completely stupid let me know, I’m fairly knew to studying poker

  • @Loudmouth69

    I think this is a lesson of not buying in too deep, when you're playing out of your comfort zone, and especially when you're playing at a table of world class players.
    Had Eastgate only had 100K on the table from the start of the hand, he would probably have won it.
