- What are some common causes of breathlessness you should know about?
In this video I talk about deconditioning, anxiety, ENT problems such as chronic rhinitis, heart failure, various lung conditions, cancer and pulmonary hypertension. Although I do not cover all the potential causes, I hope this broad list will be informative for you to have a big picture understanding of what causes us to be short of breath.

Thank you. Doc is right on❤ Aside from what doc says sometimes medicine cause breathlessness, in addition emotional stress, physical stress, financial stress, job securiry stress, family stress, fear of the unknown stress and stress of being stressed and more...sometimes it's hard not to worry😞

I was fine and working out on a regular basis and then I started to get shortness of breath and sometimes had to rest before I went up the stairs to my apartment.
So this has been going on for approximately a year or so and btw I didn’t have any vaccines.
I just had a Cardiogram last week and I’m waiting for the results on that.
Then there’s another test where they have to sedate you somewhat through medication and that is February 23, two weeks before that I need to get my ordered blood work done.
This is great to know that this could be brought on for a number of health conditions! Thanks ❤
I was only leaning toward a blockage of some type before but it has happened fairly suddenly for me. The cardiologist I’m seeing seems to be leaning toward blockages or narrowing of the arteries.
He did say that I have a heart murmur and I’m not so sure if this has been some thing that was brought on by something else or if I grew up with it.
He said heart murmurs aren’t always detectable at younger ages.

Hello ever since I had covid in March even before I had weasy lungs like a sticky phlegm
My doctor gave me symbicort Tubuhaler it did a lot of good I seem to sing a lot better
Is there anything else you think I should do
Did you take the C shot? First time I heard of this the other day..Interstitial fluid is something that supposedly hardens after the shot in some people. Making the fluid like glue.
What cause scar tissue
After jogging for half a kilometer I have shortness of breath, even after stopping I breath heavily for sometime

since when you docs treat the causes of the illnesses !
u always have been treating the symptoms rather than the main cause, u are only good in diagnosing, nothing more, treatment is not ur field.
