An overview of the most common conditions affecting the lungs, explained simply. I talk about airway diseases, such as asthma and COPD, interstitial lung diseases, pleural diseases (effusion, pneumothorax), lung infections and conditions affecting the lung vessels (pulmonary hypertension, pulmonary embolism). Is Sarcoidosis the only autoimmune condition which could cause lung fibrosis and liver issues?

actually no, but this requires a more complicated nuanced answer. @@DrStefanCristianStanel Thank you. After a year I've been referred to the ILD team at ST James Leeds but still in the initial diagnostic stages but so far my lungs and liver are affected. I'm being told upto now that it doesn't look like Sarcoidosis so I'm desperate for information.
