I also had taken a break this winter. Not that my life is all that busy but at seventy two I move a little slower, and I appreciate the quieter things a great deal more. I started watching all the different channels that dedicated themselves to home interior, cottage core ,rethrifting. And I came to the realization that we, as women of the 60-70s, lost our roots and homemaking. At least, that's how I perceive it with those that I am around. It became all-consuming like the old TV commercial. She not only brings home the bacon, she fries it up in the pan. But everything became Rush rush, and the kids had to do so much after school. And with the activities and the kids and all the demands somewhere along the line we lost the quietness of the simple pleasure of making our home, our home. Appreciating each person in that home for the blessing that they are. In this quietness, over the winter months, I began to appreciate what my mother at 96 is still with us and what my grandmother had taught me. Your home is your nest. Your home is your sanctuary against the bombardments of the world. So I am glad that you and Matt, although you had trials, were able to appreciate the love of home. Please continue with your fantastic videos. God bless, and may you're coming year be even more so.
Very much agree, I believe it created a discontentment and a lie in women that being a wife and mother wasn't enough. We are finally seeing women come back to appreciating their husbands, children and home, but the lie is still out there. I was one of those children that grew up with out a father because my mother became so demanding and negative to be around. After he left she had to work and I then grew up with out a mother from two on. Unfortunately, there are gonna be a lot of unhappy , bitter women when they realize they were lied to when they were young.
Rachel, I am glad you are back online. Thank you for sharing why you and your hubby were gone for awhile. Taking the time to show how to make an English style home has always been my reason for watching. Your ideas of using what you have, where to shop, and being patient helps me to take my time when it comes to forming the style of home I want. Thanks again for sharing.
Good morning, Miss Katherine! Thank you for the kind comment and feedback. This really helps us get a feel for what our viewers enjoy seeing most. Have a lovely day!
Hi Rachel🤗 good to see you today. I too like to take January and February to slow down and be quiet. Sorry to hear about health issues. But glad everyone is on the mend. Thank you for relaxing comfort video.
Rachel, love hearing your lovely voice again. I am 74 but still love being a homemaker. I thank the Lord that he has allowed me to create a home that has been cozy and comfortable. One we have enjoyed as a family. I love how you share your home and life. How you encourage others. You and Matt are such a blessing. Congratulations on your precious niece. May the Lord continue to watch over you and Matt. Love from a sister in Christ.
I am so glad to see that you have been back on your channel. You are such a sweet spirit. Love that you and your husband work so well together! Keep on making more videos about homemaking. I love them. I am one of your greatest viewer and enjoyed almost everything you do to your sweet home. My Jerry and I live in a vintage home in Texas. I love your style and have a similar style but more eclectic with hopes of Victorian. But we love it because it's taken years to curate. One can see that your enjoy your life and enjoy your home. We enjoy warching. Please continue doing what your doing, only more often...Judy Banks
Thank you so much for the feedback, Miss Judy! It sounds like you and your husband have made a lovely home. Thanks for your faithful support of our channel!
Thank you, Rachel, for your gentle visit. Love this reminder. This type of home making loves deep and strong but isn’t flashy. My father loved that way. Calm and steady and always by your side. It’s how I’ve always tried to live. As a single mom of 3 beautiful children, I dug in even deeper to surround them with warmth and love. Now they’ve all grown and have their own families. And the love we share is still the deep, faithful kind. A beautiful home is an essential part of that. Hope you are both feeling better. Love how you love and cherish each other 💗
Rachel, so glad you’re back and all is well with you and your family. I have missed you. Enjoyed this video and would love to see more of them. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and for bringing peace to life. See you in the next one!
Thank you, Rachel for a wonderful video. It is good to see you again! I’m glad Matt and you have recovered and rested. After all of your hard work renovating your home and tending to life, you both deserved it. 😊 You have inspired me to look at my home differently, and I appreciate that so much. Have a wonderful, blessed week! ❤😊🌷🙏
Good morning, Miss Jennifer! We're so glad you enjoyed your visit and took the time to share your thoughts. It's always encouraging to know someone has been inspired to love their home & family more! May you have a lovely week, too. 💐
My family also had an unplanned situation this winter. My husband is a semi truck driver, and in January, he was involved in a major semi truck vs vehicle accident. He was not to blame as snowy roads caused a van to slide into his lane and hit him straight on. He has been off work recovering since it happened. We are grateful for the Lord's provision during this challenging time ❤. Blessings and quick healing to you and your family, Rachel.
You are very good at these day in the life or homemaking videos. I hope you can find time to make more of them. Thanks for sharing part of your day and also for letting us in on why you had to take a break. Blessings to you snd your family. Congratulations on your new baby niece!
I love your new video and reading all the comments from your viewers about how much they've missed you!! Sometimes I think I take it for granted that I live right across the street and can interact with you and Matt most anytime I want. It's very gratifying to see how many people enjoy and missed your videos and cherish you and Matt as much as I do!!🥰
Dear Sweet Rachel, I cried, yes I did. I was so happy to hear your voice and see you doing the things I live to do for my home too. I am so grateful you all are well, and going to have a wonderful year, I just know it. Congratulations Aunt Rachel, the quilt will be cherished I am sure. I have to say, I would love if you made these types of videos more. For me, It reminds me how much I love homemaking, and how Blessed I am to want to do the things to make our house "home". And then there is tea, don't get me started...(I could not imagine a day without) way to go Matt! Truly a thoughtful gift. I will close for now, WELCOME back. God restores us in quiet times, troubled times, painful times, but He never fails us. Lina
Aww, Miss Lina! Now worries, all is well. It is a joy to share our home with this sweet community. We are delighted with our new little niece, she is delightful! We already have a list of homemaker videos in mind ~ with tea, of course! Thank you for your kind words of encouragement!
Yeah you are back from your break!!! I was just thinking about both you and Matt hoping all was well. I am so thankful for your still calm voice and encouraging words!!! Blessings to you both.❤❤
How wonderful it was to see you again. It was so lovely to see you moving around your home. Please let us see the baby quilt completed. What a joy for a new baby to be in the family 💕. Was sorry to hear of some health issues. I pray all will be well now. Take care ~ Janet 😘
Good evening, Miss Janet & good to see you! Thank you for the prayers, we are grateful for them! Several ladies have expressed interest in seeing the finished quilt ~ I'll see if I can work some clips into future homemaking videos. Blessings, Rachel
Oh Rachel, what a beautiful Tribute to Homemaking! 💚💚💚💚 Just so Thought Provoking! I LOVE your Vintage Teapot! I have been on the hunt for one like that, but haven't found it yet! Glad you are starting to feel better 😊. I'm still waiting for my Surgery date. It's going to be a Quiet Season in the next few weeks for Hubby and I. A time of Rest! Today, we are heading down to Our Friend/Neighbor 77th Birthday 🎂 Party!! What a wonderful Gift to Celebrate 🥳 each other! 😊 Happy weekend my friend 💚. So glad you are back!! 😘😘
Happy to see you in good spirits even if you have a coming surgery! You will enjoy the downtime with your husband. Enjoy the birth celebration & have a lovely weekend! 🌷
Dear Rachel, I have watched many of your older videos while waiting for your return. You are so warm and welcoming that I think I’d watch you filming paint drying just to soak up your special brand of sunshine. So glad you and Matt are well.
How very kind! You may not know this, but watching older videos actually helps the channel! We have a list of projects we're planning, and I won't make you watch paint dry! 😀
Hello Rachel, I am so happy to see you back. You are such a relaxing person. I am glad you are feeling better. Whoever had the surgery I wish you a speedy recovery. I love the video. I have missed your videos a lot!
We have missed you and so glad you are back! Your channel is one of my favorites and I eagerly await a new video from you Rachel and thank you for all you do to help us make our house a warm, loving and cozy home.
Mrs. Rachel, I am so thankful for your time today. It made my morning to see you had posted a video. What a blessing to slow down and spend time with our family even though it may not be what we had planned. So glad you and your husband are doing well now. I love the beautiful quilts you have shown or have been in the background. They are very beautiful. Thank you for sharing. May God bless you both.
Hi Ms. Rachel, It is SO Wonderful hearing from You, and Please know that You were Truly Missed. Ms. Rachel, the Amazing videos that You share with us, are Always so calming, inspiring, encouraging, and Absolutely Beautiful. So, I'm Super Excited that You are back. I'm also Glad that You and Matt, are Enjoying this quiet season together. I am So Grateful that You are doing well after your surgery, and continued prayers for you, for your Total restoration, in Jesus' Name. 🙏🏾 Ms. Rachel, Congratulations on the Blessing of your little niece, and thank you for sharing the Beautiful quilt that you are creating for her. 🥰 Thank You for sharing this Wonderful video with us, and take care. Lord willing, until next time. 🙏🏾 Love In Christ, Paula
Rachel, so glad to see you back, and thankful that you and Matt are on the mend from your life "hiccups." This video is so calming and relaxing, I wish it was longer! I don't know if you have ever watched ASMR videos, but this I think comes close to "unintended ASMR." That lovely quilt will be such an heirloom for your niece. I have quite a few quilts made by my and my husband's grandmothers. Some may be close to a hundred years old! Some are not in great condition after all those years, but still look beautiful folded and displayed in a glass curio cabinet. A very enjoyable video, do make more of these!
Thank you for the kind feedback. Yes, I have heard of ASMR style videos and am glad you found this visit relaxing. From the positive response we've received from this video, we are now planning on making another "homemaking DIYL" video soon. Your quilts sound like a treasure! Thanks for stopping by!
Thank you, Miss Christa! Your feedback is appreciated! Several ladies have requested to see the quilt completed, so I'll see if that can be worked into a future visit. Have a lovely afternoon!
It was so nice visiting with you today and seeing the designer-eye choices you have made for your home. I loved all the choices for your quilt, they are just so beautiful.
I enjoy your videos so much. You have such a calm and relaxing way of presenting yourself and your homemaking goals and style. Your videos are the only ones that I actually watch repeatedly. I have three grown daughters, all married, rearing children, and establishing their own homes. And even though I am now a Mimi, I find I am constantly re-evaluating my home so that I can be sure that it is welcoming and clearly defines my values. Thank you for being an example of a Christian young lady and a positive role model for others. I would love more videos!
What a sweet encouraging comment! It sounds like you've left your daughters and grandchildren a legacy of loving home and each other. Like you, I hope to continue creating a welcoming home for others, for many many years to come. Thank you for sharing!
So glad you're back! I went looking for you just yesterday because you hadn't shown up on my recommendation list, and now here you are. I loved your video, and yes, I would like to see more like this. Love the feminine quilt you're making for baby girl. What a treasure.
Oh how I've missed you!! I'm sorry you've had illness, but grateful for Gods healing hands upon your family. So wonderful see you pottering about in your beautiful new kitchen. Something I always find curious to see is Americans don't seem to use electric kettles (that you plug in 🔌) to boil hot water. Wonderful to see you back. Blessings from Australia 🇦🇺 🙏 💐
These slow reflective homemaking videos are my favorites. Thank you for sharing these special moments with us. The value of your time needed away from TH-cam is admirable and I really appreciate your balanced approach. Thank you!
I have been missing you, Rachel, and was so happy to see that you had a new video! Yes, please keep making videos such as this one. Looking forward to seeing more from you in the next season!
I love your posts-look forward to them! I too use my vintage pieces, and enjoy their blessing. Your home is a well curated, eclectic mix-love it! Bless you!
Mrs B here, you write so well! Thank you for sharing your day and your beautiful Blue and white treasures. I'm going to make a cuppa tea and work on my photo scrapbook.❤
Oh Rachel, I am sooo happy to see you again! I remember you saying in December that you and Matt were going to take a much-needed break, and I knew then that I was going to miss seeing you! I've followed you from the beginning, and your videos have been such a great source of inspiration for me and I've learned so much from you! Congratulations on becoming an Aunt! The quilt is going to be so beautiful.....please share the final product when you are finished! Have a wonderful rest of your weekend, and take good care!
Good evening, Miss Lori! How amazing you've stuck with us from the beginning! We are grateful and humbled to have your support. Several ladies have asked to see the finished quilt, and I'm delighted to see there is an interest in quilting! I've wanted to share the quilts many times and may start including them more now! Have a lovely evening & take care. 🌷
Thank you Rachel for this how-to-make-a-home video. I am always curious about the everyday lives of others. It just makes me happy to see you quilting and baking. Those are things I enjoy too. I really love your English country decor. I would love to see more of these videos. I wish you good health and success in your businesses. May the Lord bless you and Matt!
Thank you for stopping by. You have such a calming effect - I adore your videos and your decor Ideas has really inspired me - like creating a gallery wall and many other things. Wintertime is a wonderful time to take a break - looking forward to your videos as the days grow warmer.
Oh Rachel I’m so happy to see you today, you have been missed! I love your videos and yes even homemaking! I’m so glad you’re feeling better. The quilt is going to be adorable ❤️ I think I heard cooing in the background ☺️ Hope we see you and Matt again soon, take care💐
Dear Rachel, I'm so glad you're back as I missed your soothing voice and decorating ideas! Sorry to hear about the sickness.😢 I look forward to our next visit😊
Hello Rachel, It's so nice to have you back and to know you and Matt are both doing well. I enjoyed my visit with you today. Watching you make muffins, prepare tea, and start a quilt for your sweet little niece felt so comforting. In a world where there is so much chaos, it's videos like yours that we need more of. Thank you and look forward to our next visit. Take care and God bless.
As hearing your story, I was saddened by the sickness and surgery you and Matt experienced. I am relieved that you both are better, and I was so pleased to see you again after last year seeing you all the time. I do miss your kind words and voice. I wish you would be here more often than once in a while. But I do understand the nature of being busy. Hope to see you soon! Taking a much-needed time out is good for the soul and spirit. I enjoyed seeing you bake muffins. Wishing you and Matt happiness and wishing more of these videos sooner and once in a while.
How sweet of you, Miss Paula! We are both happy to be sharing again & have a list of projects and ideas for you all. Thank you for being a part of the Stone Cottage Home family!
Somehow I missed this when it first came out. I love your home and how cozy and beautiful you and your husband have made it. I was hoping that all was well when i hadn't seen a video in a while. Hope and pray that everyone will be on the mend soon. Winter is an easier season to be down because there are less things to take care of... yard work and mowing etc. I always enjoy your videos and enjoy what you say as well. It is almost like listening to a book or story. You are gifted in that way as well.
Thank you for your kind wishes, we are doing much better. I'm so glad to know you enjoyed this type of visit, I'm already planning more of them. Happy spring!
Oh yes! This was exactly what I needed today... intentional, slow, loving, curated living!!!!! You've inspired me again! I want those orange, cranberry muffins😊❤
Bless you, Rachel and Matt. It's good to know that you are on the road to recovery. I missed your sweet videos. Rest is good for the soul. It is delightful to watch you bake muffins in your pretty cottage kitchen. Using my "good" teapot to make my morning tea makes me happy. Every day is a good day to use our "good" things. Years ago, my grand aunt passed away. We were invited to the family home to choose personal items. It left an impression on me when my dear aunt had many "good" nightgowns and other household items still in their original boxes while she was wearing her worn out nighties and had not used other lovely items. Make every day a good day to use your best. 💗💙🤍💚
Good morning, friends! I'm excited to bring you some winter homemaking in the cottage. Please take a moment to leave your thoughts on me sharing visits like these from time to time. Enjoy!
I was so happy to see that you were planning on posting a new video today! 🥳 Glad to hear you are both doing well and feeling better. I love your decorating, DIY’s and room redo videos but I did enjoy this one as well. You’re right. These types of videos are inspiring and encouraging and the thing that I enjoyed about this one was that it wasn’t like so many others who do them. Many make them “all about me” type videos. “Me” being them. Your day in the life video was about doing for others, even what Matt did for you. It was a bit of decorating, baking and crafting mixed with thinking of others, including giving honor to God. Very refreshing video. I would definitely welcome seeing you do more of these. I always look forward to your content! Hope you show us the quilt when it’s finished! The colors looked so beautiful together. Such an amazing gift to give your niece that she can love and cherish for decades. Take care and may God continue to bless you both. 💗💗💗
Good evening, Miss Heather! We appreciate your detailed feedback. This helps us get a feel of the types of videos our viewers like to see most ~ and why. You are one of many that have requested seeing the completed quilt. How fun! I'll see if I can work some quilting progress clips into future videos. Have a lovely evening and may the Lord bless you, too.
Always love your videos and watching your creations come to life. You have a beautiful home. I especially love all of the lovely blue and white in your home. You and your husband are such a talented couple. Yes, I would love seeing more videos of this nature.
Hello Miss Rachel, so happy to see you are back. It's been the wettest, greyest February here in England. I'm so looking forward to spring. So glad you and Matt are feeling better xxx
Good afternoon, Miss Jayne! What a delight to hear from a lady in England! Thank you for stopping by and visiting today. Have a lovely weekend. Spring is near! 🌷
I needed this video this morning. It's calming me during some family drama. I'm loving some of the blue & white I'm seeing in this video - the square baking dish and the little dish you used for butter (wish I could do that, but my dog LOVES butter and would do anything to get it). Your voice was so calming in this video and is giving me renewed homemaking vibes, especially with Spring around the corner. Love this type of video and would like more.
It was so nice seeing your video this afternoon. I just love the way you make keeping a home a positive thing, and I especially love that you included "your man" in that perspective 🙂 I'm happy you are both doing well, and so sorry for the surgery...never fun. What an adorable quilt you are making for your niece! Blessings to you and Matt.
Aw, thank you, Miss Susan! Matt is the biggest reason for making our house a home! We are both so glad to be doing better and are delighted with our new little niece! Have a lovely evening. 🌷
This was so lovely. I am happy you both are feeling better. I have always felt you are a kindred spirit, and enjoy virtually going thrifting and spending time in your home. Lord bless you.
What a nice Day in the Life of Rachel video. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Your quilting fabric is beautiful and I enjoyed the sewing time with you. Hope you show the quilt when it is finished.
Glad you enjoyed your visit! Your request to see the finished quilt is one of many. I'm excited to see the interest in the quilt and plan to include more quilting in the future. Thanks for the feedback!
I always enjoy your videos with your lovely voice. Glad you both are doing well again. You are one of my very favorite u-tube channels. I have always enjoyed your videos. Thank you! ❤😊 GOD bless you!
How sweet, Miss Linda! The kind, faithful support of our viewers makes a difference in the success of our channel. Thank you for being one of those viewers!
Happy to see you resting and relaxing in your home - I think we all needed this nudge to do the same. I would love to see the finished product of the beautiful quilt you started here for your niece.
Good evening, Miss Beth! Several ladies have expressed an interest in seeing the quilt completed. I'm glad there's an interest in the quilting & I will see about working that into future homemaking videos. Thanks for being here and for your thoughtful words.
The quilt colors and patterns were just delicious! I hope you’ll share the result with us. I love your style and appreciate your content. This style of video was very enjoyable.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful home making - and quilt making - with us. What you spoke of today, meant more to me than you know. I am struggling with a debilitating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and can very seldom leave home, because it causes such severe backlash. So home is pretty much 'everything' to me. Thus, creating a beautiful home (mostly thrifted) is one of the joys of my life. And I have felt a bit selfish in this. But the things you say, and the things I read in the comments, make me see that there is value in creating a beautiful, welcoming home - not only for myself, but for those around me. I have a wonderful husband who supports me, and who does so much to make my home-dreams become reality. He also takes the bulk of the housework. (And this is where it hurts, for me, that I can't do more of the daily chores. I'm just too ill, and have to spend many hours of every day resting - even though my batteries won't charge. Seeing you bake and sew is bitter sweet to me, since I so seldom have strength enough to do those things.) Thank you for sharing your home and thoughtful creativity with us. A few moments of enjoyment, as I can almost imagine sitting there, having tea with you. 🌞
Good morning sweet lady, This comment touched my heart and I wanted to wait until I had time to give a more thoughtful response. I'm sorry to hear of your struggle while at the same time inspired by your determination to create a beautiful home and continue to serve your family the best you can. I hope you are encouraged too! There is great value in all aspects of homemaking, even if at times all you can offer is a cheerful attitude, pleasant smile, and uplifting conversation. These things may seem small, but they can change someone's day, or decisions in life. You have influence even through limitations! At times I have migraines that knock me down for consecutive days. For those times a focus on what can be done and my attitude is the most important. It can be frustrating when there is so much to do and I must put them on the back burner. These seasons are good for refining us. Others are watching how we handle the challenges of life and inspiring them to be grateful & cheerful no matter what IS valuable! I hope you are encouraged to know you are not alone and what you're doing is valuable. Have a lovely day! Warmly, Rachel
@@StoneCottageHome Thank you so much for your loving reply, Rachel. You are absolutely right, attitude is everything - and even more than any home decor, our attitudes determine the mood of our homes. It is indeed a humbling and learning walk, living in the confines and restraints of chronic illness. Without the Lord, I don't know how I would have coped. As you say, some days, all one can offer is a good attitude, a word of appreciation and a smile. But this can in itself be of value. Thank you for taking rhe time to reply so heartfelt. I'm touched and encouraged. Love, Ingela (Sweden)
Just when I found your channel and started binge watching, you stopped making videos. I’m definitely ready to see more home updates from you. Much love from Mississippi 💕
I love your traditional values & home making skills & love for your husband's well being. I was raised this way, with my Mother as my best example. Thank you for sharing😊❤
Good morning, Ms. Rachel! So happy to see you and Matt again! You have been missed. Looking forward to seeing your upcoming projects. P.S. Definitely enjoy this type of video. So glad you are doing better.❤, Bobbie. xoxo
Good evening, Miss Bobbie! So happy to see you here as well! Thanks for letting me know you enjoyed today's video & would like to see more ~ that helps!

I still cannot get over the kitchen transformation. 😊
Me either!
I marvel every day that this is "our" kitchen! So grateful for the Lord's goodness and Matt's hard work!

How sweet to connect with other homemakers! Thank you for sharing some of your story. Blessings!
Thank you so much for the feedback, Miss Judy! It sounds like you and your husband have made a lovely home. Thanks for your faithful support of our channel!
So glad to see you Miss Rachel, you've been missed. ❤ I thoroughly enjoyed this video and, yes, I would love to see more of this style.
Thank you for your feedback! I've already got several more ideas for homemaking videos. Have a lovely weekend! 🌷
Thank you, Rachel, for your gentle visit. Love this reminder. This type of home making loves deep and strong but isn’t flashy. My father loved that way. Calm and steady and always by your side. What sweet memories you have of your father and with your family. A loving home really does matter. Thank you for sharing!
I’m so glad you’re back. You are on of favorites that I look forward too. 😊
Thank you, we're glad to be sharing again!
Just beautiful sweet friend! 🥰

Good morning, Miss Martha!
Thank you for faithfully supporting our channel and for the feedback. Have a lovely Sunday! 🌷
Congratulations on the new baby in your family! God bless. The quilt will be an heirloom treasure. It’s coming along beautifully.
Thank you, Miss Donna!
Sweet Rachel...this video was mesmerizing! In this hurried, busy, overwhelming world, I found this delightful and relaxing. Welcome back❣
So glad you enjoyed your visit, my friend!
It's a blessing to be back & to see you here!
Glad you're back.
So glad you’re back.
Thank you, Miss Christina!
We're glad to be sharing again! Thanks for being here.
Oh, I'm glad everyone was OK! The Lord has provided for us during tight times as well. Blessings to you and your family, too!
You are very good at these day in the life or homemaking videos. I hope you can find time to make more of them. Thanks for sharing part of your day and also for letting us in on why you had to take a break. Blessings to you snd your family. Congratulations on your new baby niece!

Thank you, Miss Lucy!
I love your new video and reading all the comments from your viewers about how much they've missed you!! Sometimes I think I take it for granted that I live right across the street and can interact with you and Matt most anytime I want. It's very gratifying to see how many people enjoy and missed your videos and cherish you and Matt as much as I do!!🥰
Thank you, Miss Ilene!
We count it a privilege to be your neighbor! 😊
Yes, I love these visits! So happy to see you back. We had sickness in our house for 5 weeks, it just kept on. Glad you're all better!!
Wonderful!

What kind wishes and thoughtful words! Thank you for thinking of us and supporting our channel. May the Lord bless you!
@@StoneCottageHome May the Lord Bless you too! :)
We have missed you and so glad you are back! Your channel is one of my favorites and I eagerly await a new video from you Rachel and thank you for all you do to help us make our house a warm, loving and cozy home.
Thank you, we appreciate your kind support and kind comments! Happy homemaking!
Thank you for such thoughtful, supportive words! Have a lovely evening. 🌷

Hello, Miss Paula!
Thank you for your kind words and prayers. We are grateful for viewers like you!
@@StoneCottageHome you're welcome and thank you also. 😊
I loved the visit with you! I hope you will share the quilt with us once you get it completed.
Thank you, Miss Christa!
Your feedback is appreciated! Several ladies have requested to see the quilt completed, so I'll see if that can be worked into a future visit. Have a lovely afternoon!
So glad all is well. Your videos are a gentle elixir…thank you💕
Glad you liked today's visit, Miss Nancy!
Thanks for the feedback!
It was so nice visiting with you today and seeing the designer-eye choices you have made for your home. I loved all the choices for your quilt, they are just so beautiful.
Glad to have you, Miss Alice!
Thanks for stopping by!
Glad you enjoyed this new type of visit. Thanks for the feedback, and have a lovely weekend! 🌷
Thank you!
We're glad to be sharing again. Yes, I just love using the copper teapot ~ it's so charming!
These slow reflective homemaking videos are my favorites. Thank you for sharing these special moments with us. The value of your time needed away from TH-cam is admirable and I really appreciate your balanced approach. Thank you!
You're very welcome, Miss Joanna!
Your patience and thoughtfulness in putting yourself in our shoes is a blessing. Thank you!
Beautiful video! There is nothing more important than making a cozy, warm home for the people we love. ❤
Thank you!
Would you please show us when you’re finished the quilt?
The colors and patterns are absolutely beautiful, so English cottage .
I may do just that!
Thanks for the feedback!
Brilliant idea of using glass inside old pitcher!! ❤
I have been missing you, Rachel, and was so happy to see that you had a new video! Yes, please keep making videos such as this one. Looking forward to seeing more from you in the next season!
Thank you for the feedback, Miss Annette!
I love your posts-look forward to them! I too use my vintage pieces, and enjoy their blessing. Your home is a well curated, eclectic mix-love it! Bless you!
That's wonderful, Miss Joan! Thanks for stopping by!
Mrs B here, you write so well! Thank you for sharing your day and your beautiful Blue and white treasures. I'm going to make a cuppa tea and work on my photo scrapbook.❤
Good evening, Mrs. Ben!
Thank you for stopping by. Enjoy the next cuppa tea for me!
So good to see you back. Hope you had a restful productive break. So glad yall have recovered from your illness and surgery.
Thank you, Miss Karen!
I love your channel and especially this type video. I enjoy many of the things you enjoy and look forward to more videos like this.
Wonderful!
Thanks for stopping by, Miss Sharon!
Wonderful content… inspiring relaxing, encouraging!
Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it, Miss Patricia!
Thank you for the kind wishes!
I appreciate the feedback. It helps us know what video to make for our viewers. Blessings to you, too!
Thank you for stopping by. You have such a calming effect - I adore your videos and your decor Ideas has really inspired me - like creating a gallery wall and many other things. Wintertime is a wonderful time to take a break - looking forward to your videos as the days grow warmer.
You're welcome, Miss Julie!
Winter is a wonderful season for rest. Have a lovely day. 🌷
Thank you so much, Miss Sharen!
So glad to hear and see you ❤.
Thank you, we are glad to be sharing again!
Have a lovely day!
Dear Rachel, I'm so glad you're back as I missed your soothing voice and decorating ideas! Sorry to hear about the sickness.😢 I look forward to our next visit😊
Thank you, Miss Cynthia!
It's such a blessing to know your were ministered to through your visit today. Thank you for stopping by. Blessings to you, too.
Wonderful!
We're always thrilled to know when we've helped others. Happy homemaking and baking!
What a beautiful, relaxing video! Please continue these as often as you can. It's so good to have you back!
Thank you for the helpful feedback, Miss Sharon!
Thank you, we're glad to be sharing again! Yes, every day is a good day to use your favorite things. Thanks for sharing!
Good morning, friends!
I'm excited to bring you some winter homemaking in the cottage.
Please take a moment to leave your thoughts on me sharing visits like these from time to time. Enjoy!
So glad to get to hear from you. Please do share 'day in the life' moments again! I love the decorating but visiting is nice too.
Thank you, Miss Terri!
I was so happy to see that you were planning on posting a new video today! 🥳
Glad to hear you are both doing well and feeling better.
So glad to have you back! You have inspired me so much with your gentleness and perseverance to make such a lovely home.
I'm so glad! Thanks for sharing. Happy homemaking!
Always love your videos and watching your creations come to life. You have a beautiful home. I especially love all of the lovely blue and white in your home. You and your husband are such a talented couple. Yes, I would love seeing more videos of this nature.
Thank you for your feedback, Miss Brenda! This helps us make the kinds of videos our viewers want to watch.
You’ve been missed and I thoroughly enjoyed this video.
Wonderful, thank you for visiting today!
Your home is such a blessing to all of us who watch your channel!
How sweet of you, Miss Jackie!
Thank you for the kind encouragement!
Hello Raychel, so happy to see you back, glad you and Matt are healthy again! Looking forward to future videos, thank you☺️
Thank you, Miss Casandra!
Welcome back! Your channel was missed❤️
I'm glad you enjoyed your visit today, we appreciate you stopping by & giving us your feedback!
Thank you , it was so good to hear from you again. What a beautiful video. It's a delight to see you enjoying your home. 😊
Thank you for watching!
Love this type of video and all of your videos. You were missed. Thankful for you! God bless you and your husband
Thanks for the feedback, Miss Yvette! We're glad to be back! Blessings to you, too. Happy weekend! 🌷
Missed you! Your videos are a relaxing time out. Thank you.
You are so welcome!
You were really missed Rachel. I enjoyed today’s video!😊
Yay! Thank you!
This was so lovely. I am happy you both are feeling better. I have always felt you are a kindred spirit, and enjoy virtually going thrifting and spending time in your home. Lord bless you.
Thank you so much, Miss Jennifer!
Glad your back
Happy to see you resting and relaxing in your home - I think we all needed this nudge to do the same.
Thank you, Miss Jessica!
I appreciate your feedback!
Seeing you bake and sew is bitter sweet to me, since I so seldom have strength enough to do those things.)
Thank you for sharing your home and thoughtful creativity with us. A few moments of enjoyment, as I can almost imagine sitting there, having tea with you. 🌞
Good morning sweet lady,
This comment touched my heart and I wanted to wait until I had time to give a more thoughtful response.
Warmly,
Rachel
So glad you're well and back. I truly enjoy your heartwarming and homeMAKING simple and easy ideas! 🙏 ❤
