Hi sorry, i have a question and i can't find answer, hope you will be able to help me ; my gaming laptop have a 180w power supply i was aiming for a good powerbank with DC output 20v (max 100-120w) since my laptop will only need max wattage only for gaming, i should be fine using low wattage(100-120w) just for light use? right? like youtube or watching film or whatever that doesn't use dgpu
60,000 is just capacity, you also need to look at wattage as it is a better indicator if it can charge your laptop. sometimes 65W is good enough but other need as much as 90 to 120W.
My laptop can be charged by my old Xiaomi 20000mah power bank but only because it does 50W charging. The chargers that work on my laptop are from 45W and caps out at 65W.
I think it's important to note most laptops don't allow for charging under 30W, so that 5W charger won't even be accepted by the laptop. In general, if your laptop can charge with Power Delivery, and if your powerbank supports Power Delivery for at least 30W, your powerbank is just like the 30W+ brick you add to your PD charger
It doesn't charge my Lenovo Legion 5 (4600H + 3050TI version) even after buying 100W Aukey USB C to C cable but it can charge to a wall outlet if you use Aukey Omnia 100w PD GaN Wall Charger (instead of the bulky 230W power adapter + chunky cable)
