Mine arrived brand new and completely dead in the box. I sent mine back to Anker yesterday. I can't trust the product now. The 737, however, has been flawless. Given that the 737 is under $90 for Prime members now, you really get more for your money with the 737.

@@vivekteega I noticed indeed when I first got it in that it is quite heavy. But when I look at this product from a use case perspective, I know this isn’t an EDC (every day carry) type of thing but rather an extension of the charging that I was not able to do at home in time. For example when I don’t feel like going on my macbook at home and want to spend a couple of hours outside somewhere with it, I will no longer be required to delay going out because I have to charge up to a certain level that I’m certain will be enough outside. Especially if there is a chance of no available outlets. Same goes for my phone actually. I caught myself a lot cursing myself because my levels were at 30% and I want to go out RIGHT NOW but I couldn’t. It doesn't seem to have lost its capacity over the years as my numerous other chargers have. At first, it wasn't working, but I shook the water out of the ports, and it works just fine now. Not that I would recommend this; I'm sure I got lucky, but I was and remain impressed.
I just bought the Anker GaNPrime 733 on sale a few days ago based on your suggestion previously for exactly the reason highlighted in this video - having a battery and charge brick integrated into a single item to carry is going to be perfect for keeping a tidy travel bag. I like that it does full 65W when plugged in which matches the wattage of the brick I was already carrying anyway for my iPad Pro and MacBook Air. My prior power banks charged gear from battery at 18 and 24 watts which is waaaaay toooo slowww for bigger devices; 30W on battery with the Anker GaNPrime just squeaks across the threshold into acceptable for me.
Thanks for the review...appreciate the capacity test numbers to verify you get what's being advertised. Lastly, could you start adding a mention if each power bank supports pass-through charging as well. This is one reason I chose the Anker Prime, that I can run a USB-C device (like the new Starlink Mini) WHILE also charging/maintaining the Anker Prime power bank with my foldable 45w solar panel.

Anker 733 and ugreen 140w. Anker have fusion mode (plug to the wall + powerbank), and ugreen 140w have bigger wattage and capacity. Both have 15w mode, perfect for ipad pro user for charging speed, low heat vs balance performance = more battery longivety.
I know the Anker charger and power bank, but expensive than others, but I like the plugs. I like the Baseus 65W GaN Charger Quick Charge 4.0 Type C PD USB Charger Portable Travel Charger Fast Charging For Laptop iPhone 15 14 13 and it is cheaper and very high quality this company produced. all my cables are from Baseus. Which would you advise if you want to charge your iPhone and Apple Watch, preferably without needing a separate cable?
Excellent and efficient information! Nicely done! I'm looking for a charging brick that is good for lightweight travel and even possibly to add to a small pack to walk the Camino. Do you have a recommendation for small and great and another recommendation for smallest and great? Thank you!
Thank you. It was difficult to look for an honest review of power banks around here!
Anker 733 and ugreen 140w. Anker have fusion mode (plug to the wall + powerbank), and ugreen 140w have bigger wattage and capacity. Both have 15w mode, perfect for ipad pro user for charging speed, low heat vs balance performance = more battery longivety.
Love the commentary from the dog 🥰 Great review. Thank you 🙏
Keep it up brother stay safe and healthy very informative. Im a tech guy and also have multiple degrees in this field of interest.
Your video helped me decide which power bank to go for. Decided to buy Anker prime 20k. Quick question though, is it TSA approved for airplanes?
If you haven't got one yet check out the anker 737 24k
Love the dog! Does the ipad still work?
Instant sub, amazing reviews in a river of toxic waste! Also for sure going to use your links
I tune in for the great reviews. I keep coming back because of Monty!
The Baseus 65W is a travel charger and provides 3 different plugs with it. just pull it the plus and insert British European or Australian. the price was reduced to 40 Canadian dollars.
You do good reviews 👍🏾. A lot of detailed information. Thanks!
Monty is such a professional!
i can't believe how patient your dog is
I think the 25000mah+ battery packs are the way to go! I have this amazing cycnett one thats lasted me two years and still going strong
I was checking Amazon the other day and came across the PSOOO Power Bank fast charging 25000 mAh. It is rated 100W. Any thoughts on that?
Great review as always. Just what I was looking for
It's awful. He literally doesn't show any testing. It's just a trust me bro, i charged my iphone 2x with this power bank so it must be good.
Your reviews are actually good. You just earned a new sub
Have you tried out the omnicharge 20C+? If so, how does it compare to the rest of the power banks?
That’s a Sub. But just wondering why you didn’t review the Anker Prime 27,659mAh battery ?
6:20 It probably wasn't fully charged. It continues to charge for 15 or 20 minutes after it shows 100%.
I've got a INIU 10000mAh 22w and love it. It also has a light if needed :) Best £20 i spent.
First time watcher. Love everything about the video, but you change camera to fast, can't even read the names of the powerbanks. It gets tiring to the point of not wanting to watch anymore. Just something to think of if you want to improve retention. Otherwise great video!
This is an amazing no-nonsense review, thank you so much! You just earned a new subscriber

Anker powerbank is awesome i have the previous model of the prime and it's been one of the best purchases I've done
Thanks for the information,it help a lot.
Very helpful review. I wish the Anker Prime 20K had a built in power plug. Not paying extra for a dock.

Excellent reviews as always
Review based on facts, you earned my subscription 👍🏾
You're the ANKER SPONSOR Tech Man!
Have you checked out the Nitecore 10k or 20k Power Banks? They have the new "Carbo" Carbon Fiber design that are super light as well. Would love your review of these.
Great video. Love your work. 🙏🏼
Great review as always - I take your recommendations as the best info around - also, you clearly don't skip arm day! :-)
