so i would just double the amount fof everything - if youhave leftover mix just use it all and then freeze leftover pancakes that you dont eat for a later date (if that makes sense)

so this makes about 7 or 8 pancakes - like regular size (pour 1/3 cup batter) if you want more, double recipe and if you end up with too many pancakes just freeze them :)

What I usually do is pour out one third of a cup of batter. Then when the top bubbles flip it. Plus even I do this - over mix until it’s runny. Keep it a bit lumpy
