This is something I was aware of, but chose to leave out, not wanting out of bounds exploits to be able to potentially drop the spin counter, in case it got out of hand. For how much discussion I had with speedrunners about whether or not to include this skip, I can't believe I never mentioned it in the video.
@@WaluigiGoesWa were more out of bounds exploits discovered, I would perhaps make a second video on "true minimum spins". With it just being the one that could affect the run (to my knowledge), it was a tough call to make. Still, thank you for reminding me about it, since I never acknowledged it.
