My antque TJ had a steering upgrade. She has a Rusty's tie rod that is easily twice the thickness of the stock tie rod, a Rubicon Express drag link. Rough Country adjustable track bar, and an after market steering gear, I forgot what kind it is. This was not a steering upgrade, like your upgrade. But what a diffence it makes!
Good video bro. Kinda sux that you don’t have a lot of views or comments, but I guess there are a lot of people making Jeep videos on TH-cam. Some of them have millions of views. But they don’t cover everything, so I appreciate you time and effort to make this video.
Thank you, I appreciate it! I guess I don’t make enough videos to rank high on TH-cam, and honestly, I do many more projects, but it take twice as long when your trying to shoot video with one camera.
I can`t believe you replaced the tie rod but not the track bar usually the first thing one does with death wobble is to replace the bushing in the track bar or simply the hole thing ?

Awesome 👏. Thanks for the part numbers and torque specs 👍
Did notice zJ tie rod is 1312 not 1412 though. Let us know how the swap holds up 👌

Track bar had been replaced 1-2 years before. When I only put 3-4k miles on the jeep per year, it was highly unlikely to be worn out.
Great video brother
Thank you
Cant seem to find the first part #....where do i get it?
I ordered everything from Amazon.
What component of the TJ parts was worn out enough that gave you the death wobble?
Not sure exactly which one it was, but replacing the tie rods and drag link fixed the problem.
