    Wow, very educational. I had no idea that a plugged in charger cord alone could emit so much. I will definitely unplug my charging cords when I am not using them now. Including the one plugged into my lighter in my car. Thanks!

    Thank you! I used to have it charging under my pillow. Something I will no longer do another room works for me.

    Thanks for this video. What about sleeping with your head next to an unused electrical outlet? But nothing is plugged in. Thx in advance!

      You'll be getting a high electric field from that. It's mostly because you have wires in the walls going to that outlet though, so whether there is an outlet there or not, the electric field will be there b/c of the hot wires. The best thing to do is test the fields so you know what you have, and then see if turning off your breakers helps, or moving your bed away from the wall.

    Hi i have a question, what if there is nothing plugged into the outlet? Is it safe to sleep next to just the outlet even if nothing is plugged inside? Thank you for the helpful video

    What could you do for something like a Cpap machine?

      Very good question. It's hard to give an exact answer without testing to see what your levels are. But, in general you want to keep the housing unit (where ever the motor is) as far from your body as possible. If you can plug it in on an opposing outlet (not right next to the bed), this will put the electric cord away from your body rather than under it or very near it. I have clients that use an extension cord for this. And you might be able to get a longer hose attachment to keep the entire unit at a distance.

    Thank you so much! What about the lamp on the bead side table?

      Yes, it's the same thing. I recommend to have nothing plugged in near the bed!

    Have you noticed anything bad from USB ports? Are those high on emf too?

    • @cathycooke
      @cathycooke  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Craig, some are and some aren't. Some of them produce dirty electricity. I'm not sure why some are worse than others.

      @@cathycookebecause you talk rubbish and obviously not qualified.
      USB sockets run 5v .5amp. Hardly deadly ffs! Get a job.

    question...it's also bad to have cell phone emitting emf from wireless, correct? I'm sure that's even worse!

    • @cathycooke
      @cathycooke  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes for sure! You should also have the phone in airplaine mode and turned off!
