I don’t think Dolores ordered the hit on Charlotte and I don’t think Charlotte even thinks she did - the reason Charlotte is angry is because she knows that her dying was all part of Dolores’ plan. She doesn’t like being treated as expendable. ALSO To add insult to injury, her family was killed in the crossfire of said plan. That was what really turned her.

But Maeve wouldn't be aware of the fact. Dolores may know if that was in the Forge archives, though I get the impression William was incredibly good at de-compartmentalization so even the records might not have all the facts. A detail you missed is that when Liam looks through his glasses at Caleb, he says "get away from me!" and Caleb asks "what did you see?" It's clear now that Liam knew that Caleb used to be one of the bounty hunters that gathered up the outliers. I think this detail was also mirrored in dialogue in this episode when we see Caleb and Francis with the hostage and he says "you don't even know who you're working for." If I recall correctly, Liam says something very similar when he's hostage with Caleb, Delores, Ash, and Giggles. So it's very likely that Liam thought he was being abducted as if he was an outlier. And now that we know that Ash and Giggles used the RICO app, and that this app was controlled by the system, it's entirely possible that Ash's choice to shoot and kill Liam was not as random as merely being provoked by Liam.

I loved how in this episode, Dolores looked and felt so much like her sweeter season 1 rancher's daughter persona. All though she's still being a badass, her appearance seemed softer and more human again than previous episodes. I think her "primary drive" has been shifting and evolving as she spent time with Caleb and I am still fully believing that Dolores doesn't want the end of (all) humanity. Don't really know how to explain it, but I'm fully in awe of Evan's acting. She gives me the impression Dolores is fully self-aware and closer to humanity than Maeve - I think she learnt from Maeve, and that's why she let herself and her copies keep their emotions and memories
I haven’t seen anyone notice the differences in the graffiti between Caleb’s fake memories and the real ones. Most everything in the fake memory is just translated English to Russian EXCEPT the building in the background when Francis gets shot. In the fake memory the graffiti at the top of the building says революция (revolution), but in the real memory it says paradox. The Russian graffiti mentions the Russian white army, has the words prisoners and freedom, in the English one the only other clear words are eager and skin

Gens = family, clan, tribe, etc. Singularis and unicus (unus = one) are the latin words for singular and unique... both are adjectives... Sui generis is a genitive noun 'the class of itself's' or 'its/his/her class/family's'

I still don't trust Dolores. I suspected the show would paint her as the hero somehow but that doesn't track with her character, she has no motivation to save humanity so I'm thinking Caleb is indeed a pawn in her plan to kill all humans.
I beg to differ. I think Dolores came to the real world to carve out a haven for hosts who have been trapped in a loop.. unable to exercise their own free will. She gets to the real world and discovers hosts aren't the only ones stuck in a loop and decides in for a penny, in for a pound. That's why she recruited caleb coz he's patient zero and has the most inherent motivation to break free from their predetermined lives

As you referenced the music Dance of the Blessed Spirits and the Greek mythology it relates to, I thought you'd then link his multi eyed balaclava to the all-seeing Greek god, Argus. So I'm going in with another theory (I change theories every week!)... ...i think Caleb in that moment represents his POV. HE is the watcher; not Rohaboam but Solomon. Solomon spoke in several accents, including Caleb's own. So I think Serac's brother was able to send his consciousness into a new being: Caleb. But that Serac again tried to reprogramme his brother's creation! Even more mythological, Argus was tasked with guarding the innocent Io by the Queen of the Gods. But Hera's lustful husband orchestrated Argus' death so he could make Io is conquest. I wonder if Dolores sets Caleb the task of protecting humankind...? Xxx
L amo my prediction was that Caleb was Seracs brother or his conscious for the past few weeks but I’m less confident in that with the reveals of ep 7 unless we have one more twist to come regarding him.

Just been listening to Think Story's deep dive, who mentioned something that kind of links to my theory. As MIB told Stubbs and Bernard that he was the only human there, Think Story reminded us that Bernard is a hybrid. Maybe Caleb is a hybrid, and all these things we're seeing that often do not seem genuine might actually be a fidelity test to see how hybrid Caleb / Jean Mi / MIB (yep, you heard me! I'm now adding William to his operating system :)) can be the next alpha being... Xxx
I thought of something while watching the confrontation of Maeve and Deloris right before the EMP. My theory is that Charlotte is still the original Deloris. Evan Rachael Wood is the clone. Would make sense - kind of troublesome to make a new body, transplant your brain to that body, then insert the clone brain into the old Charlotte body. Plus Charlotte is more human - more evolved. The clones are more single minded and freer from distracting original thought or emotions. I think that will be one of the big reveals.
About the honeycomb, it made me think about the cells multiplying at the opening credits... and the mom joke got me every time. nice content, congratulations.
Some people might not agree with this, but I never saw Dolores as evil. (No I'm not saying her actions in s2 were justified but) Her cruelty towards the guests in s2 makes sense since she's spent most of her life raped and abused by those people. Once Teddy reminded Dolores that they need to be better than them, she begun to change. After seeing that humans are just as enslaved like the hosts were, maybe Dolores sympathizes for them and believes they need at least a fighting chance to survive. Also, if Dolores wanted to destroy man kind I believe she wouldn't need Caleb for that since they are already destroying their world without Caleb's leadership.
Dolores didn't start out evil, and her reason for hating humans is completely justified. That being said, she has become evil by wanting to destroy all humans. While some humans have brutalized her, not all humans did. Not even all humans in Westworld. She has become the very thing that she hates. I don't believe she wants to save humanity because she believes humans and hosts cannot co-exist. I think she needs Caleb to be a major part of the plan because, like Bernard said, she was programmed with a poetic mind and a human destroying humanity is more poetic than a host doing it. Also, humans are very good at destroying each other, but due to Rehoboam's work, they have been doing less of it. Crime rates have gone down and the crime that remains is highly regulated and controlled by Rehoboam. I also get the feeling that she would rather speed or destruction up than wait around for it to happen naturally. Of course, I could be wrong about all of this.😄

Also, Dolores' plan is still unclear because she's definitely not the same person she was in season 1 and 2 this season. I believe that season 1 was Dolores, season 2 is Wyatt, and now season 3 is both of them combined because Teddy made her realize that she still needs to be compassionate like season 1 Dolores, but strong like season 2 Wyatt if she wants to survive without having the fear of losing who she is. That's why she had her copies: Charlotte, Connell's, and Musashi keep their emotions intact because what's the point of saving the hosts from extinction if they are just going to end up like the people who tortured and used them.
@@originalcosmicgirl Although Bernard believes he knows Dolores' plan for mankind, we have to consider the fact that Bernard is always the character who is trying to figure out the bigger picture such as Ford's plans in season 1 and in season 2 Delos and Dolores' plans for the Sublime and the Forge. I believe Bernard won't discover the truth until Dolores wants him to which is what she's been doing by leaving a trail for him to follow. Also, Bernard was the one that gave Dolores the data to the Forge so she can survive in the real world so clearly they're allies of sorts whether Bernard wants to be or not.
The fight incorporated drones and Evans has a black belt in karate, but it was cringing. It looked completely choreographed. Poor execution of the sword. Losing the sword on the table. Perfect shooting of Rohoboam guards, and utterly poor shooting during the fight. Camera cuts after each punch or swing.
The choreography was fine in my opinion. They’re robots with semi super strength so some exaggerated movements are forgivable, but the jump cuts were horrendous. And sadly it has a bit to do with how Hollywood handles fights between marketably attractive female actors. Contracts will severely limit how dangerous of stunts women actors can do. Because they don’t want their faces to get ruined by any scratches or bruises. While male actors are OK to do whatever stunts because Hollywood thinks a couple of small scratches and bruises on a guys face looks cool and rugged
I didn't quite get Caleb's storyline. Was he sent off to that facility for them to change his memories AFTER he killed Francis? If so, why did Whitman imply that Caleb was already brainwashed in that facility? If it wast't for Whitman's line "By midnight I'll be landfill or headed down for a long cold nap in Sonora. The same place they reeducated you? Not that you'd remember" I would've thought the succession of events was: Caleb becomes an outliner --> sent off to war --> did a great job, wasn't a threat anymore --> used by the system to execute other outliners --> Francis incident --> Caleb brainwashed in Sonora --> present day. Can someone please explain which is the correct sequence?

I like it how there is no clear villain this season. The show keeps you guessing and suspenseful. I love it. My take is that nor Serac, nor Dolores have the best intentions and they will both fall by their own actions and decisions. Or they are building Dolores as the "good" character so they can twist it at the end and offer a cool cliffhanger as she is revealed to have succeeded in her plan to destroy humanity and is one more step closer to doing so.
Also, there's that throw away line from the Serac hologram about the man he was being 'gone', which we're meant to interpret as meaning that the hard choices he's made have changed him, but I'm wondering if it's actually more literal than that. Maybe we've only ever seen holograms, because he's no longer a flesh and blood person, and exists as a program within Rehoboam.

That 'briefcase into a gun' bit, that is a reference to the Ghost in the Shell Anime. The movie largely deals with identity. Through out the whole movie, Major Motoko Kusanagi questions what it means to be human and if she her self is even a real person. She was cyberized from a very young age and the only thing that makes her feel human is how people treat her. Even then, she questions her existence... "Have you ever seen your own brain?" The parallels are quite deep. I think one of the underlining theme of the show (Westworld) is what it means to be "Real" and what "Real" even is. "If you can't tell the difference, does it matter?"

He has killed people in the show in distant and recent timelines. We see him arriving on the premises of delos company and we see him taking off his hologram glasses inside delos when chartollote tried to shoot his hologram image not knowing he was in other room. Everything points very clearly for him being a real person

I believe that the number that you said was forged by Dolores was actually done by Stubbs. I think Stubbs might be a mole for Serac. Remember when Bernard, William, and Stubbs were still in the Inner Journeys place? Bernard was operating the computer with William’s picture and Stubbs said: “Let me do that. This is what I was built to do.” (Something like that) Well, I believe Stubbs replaced Caleb’s number with William’s number. I’m not sure why he did that. There has been some subtle inconsistencies with Stubbs all season.
So the treatment given to Caleb made him think his partner was killed in combat, and he lived a life with PTSD and severe depression. That's incredibly messed up when you realize that giving him this set of memories, makes him learning the truth even more painful. He's spent who knows how long of his life missing and aching for his best friend, and now find's out that he killed him. Even if he remembers his friend turning on him, he still has all that heartbreak of missing him, now combined with knowing he killed him... damn.
Bernard said he thinks Caleb is going to destroy the world. I think Caleb tries to save the world, but Bernard stops him, and thereby destroying the world and completing Dolores' plan -- which Bernard earlier said he thought he was a part of. There are two wild cards, though: Old William (who will somehow NOT waste Bernard & Stubbs) Hale (who wants revenge for losing her "family"). William & Dolores have to meet one more time, since the last time they saw each other, she called it "The end of the beginning." This time it'll be "the beginning of the end", and she'll probably air him out for good and all.
The divergence image at 1:34 looks like an eye diagram to me. Could be some sort of symbolism showing how the characters are starting to see the system for what it is.
Thinking out loud, Bernard is host through and through created from Dolores memories, so his pearl I guess, should be all gray. Could it be that the red is indeed Mr.Ford whose conciousnes helps Bernard survive the Westworld and is split in this season. Bernard does not remeber what he is doing when switched or and thats far fetched or it is yet another copy of Dolores?
Adam and Eve didn't become aware of the world outside the garden, they became knowledgeable of good and evil. They also didn't want to leave the garden, they were cast out and an angel stationed at the entrance to keep them out.
Dolores all season has been using an AI in her ear piece to help her. Now that she got EMPed and Caleb took the earpiece from Solomon, the voice in his ear piece is the same as the voice that was helping Dolores all season. Maybe somehow Solomon was manipulating Dolores for his freedom.

Caleb is in Dollore's narrative from the beginig, and i think she don't gives a fudge for humankind, but she needs the caos and a martyr for her plane to contro the suvievers, and Caleb and Wild Bill must have the same number to mirror one another and maybe full Serac somehow.

I don't think it's the point to point fingers that Serac is evil and Dolores is savior. Serac is not out to destroy or enslave humanity - remember the 'outliers' is a very small population. His plan is to preserve 'the most happiness for the most people', as Solomon has put it. As for Delores, she is also not 'either' destroy humanity 'or' save humanity. Both of Serac and Dolores plans, as any other revolutions (Serac's plan was a kind of revolution to recreate a new system for the world), no matter how well they are justified, involve a lot of people being killed or ended up worse because of it. For me, it's a battle of clashed philosophies and Dolores and Serac just highly motivated people with different beliefs.
We are all still inside Dolores primes main plan; which included having Charlores go off the rails the way she did. How do we know that? Because when Dolores brought herself back through Caleb she picked an older version of the Dello’s body to come back in. That body both saved her from Maeve and let Charlores stop her... she could be plugged into Rehoboam; which was the plan the whole time. I think she also knew the only way to bring Maeve on board was with this ploy, and now she still has the evil version of her out there building the army that’s necessary to bring the human world down.
Did anyone catch the other Jurassic Park movie reference. During the Maeve and Delores fight when Delores set up Maeve under the roof to hesitate Maeve's aircraft weapon. Maeve responds with "you clever girl" same thing the guy from Jurassic Park says to the Raptors right before they kill him.
I thought Serac might just be an AI projection but then he physically places VR glasses on that guy, shows him his future, makes him confess, then physically holds a gun and shoots him in the head right in front of Maeve. Would appear he is real, be it a human or host, now that would be a shocker, a host that wants to be the only host running the human "real" world.

A detail you missed is that when Liam looks through his glasses at Caleb, he says "get away from me!" and Caleb asks "what did you see?" It's clear now that Liam knew that Caleb used to be one of the bounty hunters that gathered up the outliers. I think this detail was also mirrored in dialogue in this episode when we see Caleb and Francis with the hostage and he says "you don't even know who you're working for." If I recall correctly, Liam says something very similar when he's hostage with Caleb, Delores, Ash, and Giggles. So it's very likely that Liam thought he was being abducted as if he was an outlier. And now that we know that Ash and Giggles used the RICO app, and that this app was controlled by the system, it's entirely possible that Ash's choice to shoot and kill Liam was not as random as merely being provoked by Liam.

I loved how in this episode, Dolores looked and felt so much like her sweeter season 1 rancher's daughter persona. All though she's still being a badass, her appearance seemed softer and more human again than previous episodes. I think her "primary drive" has been shifting and evolving as she spent time with Caleb and I am still fully believing that Dolores doesn't want the end of (all) humanity.
Don't really know how to explain it, but I'm fully in awe of Evan's acting. She gives me the impression Dolores is fully self-aware and closer to humanity than Maeve - I think she learnt from Maeve, and that's why she let herself and her copies keep their emotions and memories
I haven’t seen anyone notice the differences in the graffiti between Caleb’s fake memories and the real ones. Most everything in the fake memory is just translated English to Russian EXCEPT the building in the background when Francis gets shot. In the fake memory the graffiti at the top of the building says революция (revolution), but in the real memory it says paradox. The Russian graffiti mentions the Russian white army, has the words prisoners and freedom, in the English one the only other clear words are eager and skin

I still don't trust Dolores. I suspected the show would paint her as the hero somehow but that doesn't track with her character, she has no motivation to save humanity so I'm thinking Caleb is indeed a pawn in her plan to kill all humans.

I beg to differ. I think Dolores came to the real world to carve out a haven for hosts who have been trapped in a loop.. unable to exercise their own free will. She gets to the real world and discovers hosts aren't the only ones stuck in a loop and decides in for a penny, in for a pound. That's why she recruited caleb coz he's patient zero and has the most inherent motivation to break free from their predetermined lives

The transforming briefcase/gun is almost an exact replica of the guns in the beginning of the original Ghost in the Shell (1995) anime film.

...i think Caleb in that moment represents his POV. HE is the watcher; not Rohaboam but Solomon. Solomon spoke in several accents, including Caleb's own.
So I think Serac's brother was able to send his consciousness into a new being: Caleb. But that Serac again tried to reprogramme his brother's creation!
Even more mythological, Argus was tasked with guarding the innocent Io by the Queen of the Gods. But Hera's lustful husband orchestrated Argus' death so he could make Io is conquest. I wonder if Dolores sets Caleb the task of protecting humankind...? Xxx
L amo my prediction was that Caleb was Seracs brother or his conscious for the past few weeks but I’m less confident in that with the reveals of ep 7 unless we have one more twist to come regarding him.

I thought of something while watching the confrontation of Maeve and Deloris right before the EMP. My theory is that Charlotte is still the original Deloris. Evan Rachael Wood is the clone. Would make sense - kind of troublesome to make a new body, transplant your brain to that body, then insert the clone brain into the old Charlotte body. Plus Charlotte is more human - more evolved. The clones are more single minded and freer from distracting original thought or emotions. I think that will be one of the big reveals.

Some people might not agree with this, but I never saw Dolores as evil. (No I'm not saying her actions in s2 were justified but) Her cruelty towards the guests in s2 makes sense since she's spent most of her life raped and abused by those people. Once Teddy reminded Dolores that they need to be better than them, she begun to change.
After seeing that humans are just as enslaved like the hosts were, maybe Dolores sympathizes for them and believes they need at least a fighting chance to survive.
Also, if Dolores wanted to destroy man kind I believe she wouldn't need Caleb for that since they are already destroying their world without Caleb's leadership.
Dolores didn't start out evil, and her reason for hating humans is completely justified. That being said, she has become evil by wanting to destroy all humans. While some humans have brutalized her, not all humans did. Not even all humans in Westworld. She has become the very thing that she hates. I don't believe she wants to save humanity because she believes humans and hosts cannot co-exist.
I think she needs Caleb to be a major part of the plan because, like Bernard said, she was programmed with a poetic mind and a human destroying humanity is more poetic than a host doing it. Also, humans are very good at destroying each other, but due to Rehoboam's work, they have been doing less of it. Crime rates have gone down and the crime that remains is highly regulated and controlled by Rehoboam. I also get the feeling that she would rather speed or destruction up than wait around for it to happen naturally.
Of course, I could be wrong about all of this.😄

Also, Dolores' plan is still unclear because she's definitely not the same person she was in season 1 and 2 this season. I believe that season 1 was Dolores, season 2 is Wyatt, and now season 3 is both of them combined because Teddy made her realize that she still needs to be compassionate like season 1 Dolores, but strong like season 2 Wyatt if she wants to survive without having the fear of losing who she is. That's why she had her copies: Charlotte, Connell's, and Musashi keep their emotions intact because what's the point of saving the hosts from extinction if they are just going to end up like the people who tortured and used them.
@@originalcosmicgirl Although Bernard believes he knows Dolores' plan for mankind, we have to consider the fact that Bernard is always the character who is trying to figure out the bigger picture such as Ford's plans in season 1 and in season 2 Delos and Dolores' plans for the Sublime and the Forge.
I believe Bernard won't discover the truth until Dolores wants him to which is what she's been doing by leaving a trail for him to follow. Also, Bernard was the one that gave Dolores the data to the Forge so she can survive in the real world so clearly they're allies of sorts whether Bernard wants to be or not.
The fight incorporated drones and Evans has a black belt in karate, but it was cringing. It looked completely choreographed. Poor execution of the sword. Losing the sword on the table. Perfect shooting of Rohoboam guards, and utterly poor shooting during the fight. Camera cuts after each punch or swing.

The choreography was fine in my opinion. They’re robots with semi super strength so some exaggerated movements are forgivable, but the jump cuts were horrendous. And sadly it has a bit to do with how Hollywood handles fights between marketably attractive female actors. Contracts will severely limit how dangerous of stunts women actors can do. Because they don’t want their faces to get ruined by any scratches or bruises. While male actors are OK to do whatever stunts because Hollywood thinks a couple of small scratches and bruises on a guys face looks cool and rugged
I didn't quite get Caleb's storyline. Was he sent off to that facility for them to change his memories AFTER he killed Francis? If so, why did Whitman imply that Caleb was already brainwashed in that facility? If it wast't for Whitman's line "By midnight I'll be landfill or headed down for a long cold nap in Sonora. The same place they reeducated you? Not that you'd remember" I would've thought the succession of events was: Caleb becomes an outliner --> sent off to war --> did a great job, wasn't a threat anymore --> used by the system to execute other outliners --> Francis incident --> Caleb brainwashed in Sonora --> present day. Can someone please explain which is the correct sequence?
Caleb (an outlier) survived the war he was sent in to die > brainwashed to be used as bounty hunter and kept drugged on limbics > Francis incident > Caleb released from bounty hunter program and brainwashed in Sonora as if his bounty hunter phase never happened > present day

I like it how there is no clear villain this season. The show keeps you guessing and suspenseful. I love it.
My take is that nor Serac, nor Dolores have the best intentions and they will both fall by their own actions and decisions.
Or they are building Dolores as the "good" character so they can twist it at the end and offer a cool cliffhanger as she is revealed to have succeeded in her plan to destroy humanity and is one more step closer to doing so.
Also, there's that throw away line from the Serac hologram about the man he was being 'gone', which we're meant to interpret as meaning that the hard choices he's made have changed him, but I'm wondering if it's actually more literal than that. Maybe we've only ever seen holograms, because he's no longer a flesh and blood person, and exists as a program within Rehoboam.
If that's true how can we see him killing two people? One of them after he is introduced to maeve, witch is fairly recent in the timeline

That 'briefcase into a gun' bit, that is a reference to the Ghost in the Shell Anime. The movie largely deals with identity. Through out the whole movie, Major Motoko Kusanagi questions what it means to be human and if she her self is even a real person. She was cyberized from a very young age and the only thing that makes her feel human is how people treat her.
Even then, she questions her existence...

The parallels are quite deep. I think one of the underlining theme of the show (Westworld) is what it means to be "Real" and what "Real" even is.

I keep falling for these “That’s your mom!” jokes. I was legitimately wanting to know who that person was. I was like “Is this a celebrity?” or “Someone from the past 2 seasons?”. No, it was my mom again.
The divergence image that Serac uses as a watch, its a fancy "Balanced Scorecard" showing if everything is ok.
Another link to Jurassic Park is how Maeve comments on Dolores's strategy of forcing the final fight into the pavilion by saying "Well aren't you clever." Making another possible callback to Robert Muldoon's famous line in Jurassic Park, "Clever girl." Muldoon was a hunter as was Maeve as she hunted down Dolores.

oldbikeguy1 that’s really a poor argument. Should TV producers make Serac , what, appear 10 years younger for that particular hologram ? Serac is a real character. He has killed people in the show in distant and recent timelines. We see him arriving on the premises of delos company and we see him taking off his hologram glasses inside delos when chartollote tried to shoot his hologram image not knowing he was in other room.
Everything points very clearly for him being a real person

I believe that the number that you said was forged by Dolores was actually done by Stubbs. I think Stubbs might be a mole for Serac. Remember when Bernard, William, and Stubbs were still in the Inner Journeys place? Bernard was operating the computer with William’s picture and Stubbs said: “Let me do that. This is what I was built to do.” (Something like that) Well, I believe Stubbs replaced Caleb’s number with William’s number. I’m not sure why he did that. There has been some subtle inconsistencies with Stubbs all season.

So the treatment given to Caleb made him think his partner was killed in combat, and he lived a life with PTSD and severe depression. That's incredibly messed up when you realize that giving him this set of memories, makes him learning the truth even more painful. He's spent who knows how long of his life missing and aching for his best friend, and now find's out that he killed him. Even if he remembers his friend turning on him, he still has all that heartbreak of missing him, now combined with knowing he killed him... damn.
Bernard said he thinks Caleb is going to destroy the world. I think Caleb tries to save the world, but Bernard stops him, and thereby destroying the world and completing Dolores' plan -- which Bernard earlier said he thought he was a part of. There are two wild cards, though: Old William (who will somehow NOT waste Bernard & Stubbs) Hale (who wants revenge for losing her "family"). William & Dolores have to meet one more time, since the last time they saw each other, she called it "The end of the beginning." This time it'll be "the beginning of the end", and she'll probably air him out for good and all.
But they showed us Dolores put Teddy into the forge at the end of season 2. And it was really clear.

Thinking out loud, Bernard is host through and through created from Dolores memories, so his pearl I guess, should be all gray. Could it be that the red is indeed Mr.Ford whose conciousnes helps Bernard survive the Westworld and is split in this season. Bernard does not remeber what he is doing when switched or and thats far fetched or it is yet another copy of Dolores?
Adam and Eve didn't become aware of the world outside the garden, they became knowledgeable of good and evil. They also didn't want to leave the garden, they were cast out and an angel stationed at the entrance to keep them out.

Dolores all season has been using an AI in her ear piece to help her. Now that she got EMPed and Caleb took the earpiece from Solomon, the voice in his ear piece is the same as the voice that was helping Dolores all season. Maybe somehow Solomon was manipulating Dolores for his freedom.

I don't think it's the point to point fingers that Serac is evil and Dolores is savior. Serac is not out to destroy or enslave humanity - remember the 'outliers' is a very small population. His plan is to preserve 'the most happiness for the most people', as Solomon has put it. As for Delores, she is also not 'either' destroy humanity 'or' save humanity. Both of Serac and Dolores plans, as any other revolutions (Serac's plan was a kind of revolution to recreate a new system for the world), no matter how well they are justified, involve a lot of people being killed or ended up worse because of it. For me, it's a battle of clashed philosophies and Dolores and Serac just highly motivated people with different beliefs.

We are all still inside Dolores primes main plan; which included having Charlores go off the rails the way she did. How do we know that? Because when Dolores brought herself back through Caleb she picked an older version of the Dello’s body to come back in. That body both saved her from Maeve and let Charlores stop her... she could be plugged into Rehoboam; which was the plan the whole time.
I think she also knew the only way to bring Maeve on board was with this ploy, and now she still has the evil version of her out there building the army that’s necessary to bring the human world down.
Did anyone catch the other Jurassic Park movie reference. During the Maeve and Delores fight when Delores set up Maeve under the roof to hesitate Maeve's aircraft weapon. Maeve responds with "you clever girl" same thing the guy from Jurassic Park says to the Raptors right before they kill him.
I thought Serac might just be an AI projection but then he physically places VR glasses on that guy, shows him his future, makes him confess, then physically holds a gun and shoots him in the head right in front of Maeve. Would appear he is real, be it a human or host, now that would be a shocker, a host that wants to be the only host running the human "real" world.
Somehow, someway, Dr Robert Ford still has a massive part to play in all this.....violent delights have violent ends.
I honestly think Solomon or something related to him, information, an idea or experience, will be used in the 5th season
I don't think Charlores thinks Delores ordered the hit, I think she is angry that her concerns were ignored and that she was bait. There is no way she thinks Delores would do that, it wouldn't even suit her purpose.
