If you ever get hung up instead of breaking yourself off and losing your jigs it helps to tighten your drag all the way pull tension on your pole and pull your line like your shooting a backwards bow, and more times then not the hook releases and you keep your jigs but even then I've had to break off sometimes but not alot 👍
But then again I fish with only braid so it's more stronger to pull lol

What do you do if it’s super windy out and you’re trying to fish the sticks? I got similar structure on my lake but the wind is always hounding
Yeah wind is always tough no matter what type of fishing you’re doing. I guess I try to dodge the sticks but there is no getting around getting hung up.
