Well am just back from the camera. After following (ish) your diet my barretts has not gone but has gone from 5cm low grade dysplasia to 3cm to no dysplasia. To say am happy is an understatment. I am how ever still taking PPI's as I am not brave enough tbh to do without. I asked the I thought it wasn't supposed to abate. No real answer from them but they were extremely pleasant. I am 4 months on the stricter diet like this so far so here's hoping for more progress. To get this far though am soooooo very happy. Thank you Strawberry Man top work!
would you be kind enough to publish a list of the things in your diet and the things to avoid ?? (glad you have a sneaky coffee) also is there a link to the original chinese study you refer to in your first video ?? your blog should be part of the nhs follow up treatment !! many many thanks
