Now that I'm this far, I'm going to write down 15-20 names from the Tough Like the Toonz series and draw a different workout from a jar every other day. This is awesome, I'd been doing yoga to help with an unknown injury somewhere between oblique and knee (downward dog, lizard pose, and side plank were my friends) but my wife was getting signally about passively aggressively not liking the relation to hinduism so I stopped. It really helps, I have diabetic neuropathy and I use a walker to help me get around, its hard when you cant do anything to get fit, but this, I do this everyday now and it really helps. I love that you thought of us with bad knees

Hey Jaxblade great video. I wanted to know something i can do to improve balance because i can barely stand on one foot without wabbling and falling over
i think you should just challenge yourslef to one foot things. i for exmaple used to do stuff like take an entire shower on one legg, play on my phone while standing on one leg,that kinda daily stuff
Aaron Walker Look up 'Darebee anchor', should be the first result. It's stretching that helps you with balance. I'd recommend doing it everyday but if you don't have time after every time you workout.

The Saitama, Netero and Lee/Guy work out videos have been what I've been basing my work out on, though I'm not able to do all of the exercises shown just yet. Still they've been a great help, and you'e been very inspiring for me to work out! I've even got a pair of little dumb bells now which I love.
Been using this warn up for a few years, but started using it at my job a new balance on my morning break to loosen up because I'm standing in one spot not moving for 8.5 to 10 hours a day.
Absolute love this warm up thanks, do almost away before a workout, I swear I recover faster because of it... just out curiosity but how many kcal does warm up burn on average anyone know.

Hey Jax . I just personally wanted to thank you for this warm up. Being a fan of dragon ball myself I to train because of it. The main difference is that I simply train to fight like goku as my muscle type dose not matter as long as I can fight well. But I use your warmup everyday for training and I wanted to thank you for it.
