    Are you italian ?
    Greetings from Italy ! 🇮🇹 :)
PS: an advice ... put the Pasta directly into the pan with the broccoli. Removing the pasta one or two minutes before from the pot and finishing cooking in the pan with a little pasta cooking water. The Pasta takes more flavor in the pan ! Because all the aromas, all the flavors are right in the pan. And add a bit hot chilli ! ;)

I used to eat at an Italian restaurant that made vegetable spaghetti. It was spaghetti with broccoli, onions, bell pepper and tomatoes (fresh tomatoes) and mushrooms, all sauteed together. This reminds me of that dish. I will have to try this. I'm sure it will be delicious! I'm a chef that loves cooking and always am looking for a new recipe. The recipes I've used for spaghetti sauce, never tasted very good, so I will also try your recipe for sauce. Keep up the good work!!

A great and simple dish to make especially if you use the recommended "extra virgin" olive oil which is the "first pressing" of the olive, not to be confused with other good olive oils but not as tasty as the "extra virgin" kind. Most of the time I use the "frozen" broccoli, which is great, but of course using the "fresh" broccoli is a bit better to use..
The "extra virgin" olive oil costs more but it really goes a long way so thats why I buy it.
You can also substitute fresh or frozen string beans or even "cauliflower" which is
great too. Some "shrimp" mixed into the frying of the string beans or cauliflower is also a great combination.. "God", I'm getting hungry just writing this!..

Jackie Snow Yes, Great will offer a video. Just put the protein in after the onions are done. Fish cooks in a few minutes, where chicken or meat will take longer. The onions usually take the longest. Thank you for watching, Joe.

Thanks for not.."no wine-shaming". Some folks - including me just don't like the flavor of wine. I'm not a prude who couldn't imagine drinking (though I choose not to). And yes, I've HEARD people say "it cooks off". But if you don't like a flavor - you can pick it up in nearly anything.

Oil in pasta water prevents the sauce from sticking to the pasta. To prevent the pasta from sticking while boiling, just stir it a few times. I would use half as much pasta and half as much olive oil. That way the onion, garlic and wine flavors will be more concentrated not to mention it would be a lot lower calorie meal.
