We just loved dining at your family's restaurant-always a mouth watering delight. I still think about the fresh perch dinners and all the house favorites. Keep the vids coming Joe- they are wonderful.
I watched the video twice to make sure I had it right, and, wow!, was it ever worth the effort. Joe, my friend, you hit it out of the park with this one. Absolutely the best chicken parm we have ever had. The whole family raved about it. It was a lot of work for and old guy like me, but it turned out so well I don’t mind. And it paired perfectly with your sauce recipe. Thanks for the great videos, and for your taste in background music. An old jazz DJ like me doesn’t hear good music in enough places.
I am watching every one of your videos. Having a blast on a cold and chilly Long Island day! Enjoying myself tremendously. Thank you so much for sharing your passion!
I love the recipe Joe, but I really want to be a guest at one of your dinners. Omgosh. Your a foodies dream and your family is so blessed. Thank your wife for her sharing you and your talents with us.
No need to go further... This is the one we've been waiting for. Excellent teacher, knows his stuff. And the taste,,,,WOW Joe thank you for sharing these wonderful receipts... I'm Italian and Your bringing a new flavor to the eats ,,, You truly are an artist of the culinary world.

Wow, this is a recipe I have been making for years. Only difference is I use basil in my mix. I will try the rosemary next time I make it. I love your kitchen.
Wow, that looks so good! I make breaded chicken cutlets for my family all the time, but never like this with pancetta and almond. I am definitely going to make it this way! I love all your recipes because they are so similar to the way my grandma and my mom always made it, but yours always include a little delicious twist.
Joe, Love your videos! You have a lot of passion and love in your cooking. I want to make the Chicken Parmesan - Question: How much chicken breast I need for this recipe. The quantities is not listed in your recipe. Thanks for your great recipes and videos .
We could cook together, lol!! We even like the same music to cook with. My Grandmothers were from Sicily. You have the best cooking videos I've found! Thanks so much for sharing. Your video's are saving me from having to write all these recipes down for my kids who wanted me to make videos for them along with all the correct measurements of ingredients, lol! BTW, love your kitchen! Namaste and blessings!
Joe: When I was growing up in Brooklyn , NY it was very common to find Veal Parmigiana which I ordered all the time ! I never heard of using chicken .While I like chicken it no way compares to veal Then all these pizzaria's started opening in non-Italian neighborhoods . Now if I want veal I have to go to a real Italian restaurant ❤
Hi Chef Joe. I'm new to your channel. May I just say, this was the best and most awesome Chicken Parmesan I have ever made. My fiance LOVED it, the flavor was so incredible! I so look forward to making more of your recipes. Thank you so very much!!
This is one my family's favorite recipes. I am going to have to try the almond, pancetta, rosemary breading. The only thing i do different i always add a little homemade alfredo as a finishing touch. I absolutely love the Tomato sauce mixed with the alfredo! I'm an Irish person that should have been Italian ! Me and the wife are wanting to go to Italy next year. She wants to see Tuscany, and i want to go where the best food is. Mabe you could give us some suggestions. Oh and i love your channel. Very informative! I would love o see what you would do with a prime rib...Italian Style!
