    A Lot better that this video wasn't as long as the cheese cake vid.
    My family is from the Campania region. We live in Australia, but my daughter lives in Kansas city. She has been there for the last 12 years, when she first started cooking for friends, obviously Italian food, they were all begging for her to open a restaurant.lol.
    Seems they had never tried authentic Italian food.
    keep posting, I get some good tips from you.

      +Cooking Italian with Joe Cool! I understand that your a busy man and that TH-cam isn't your only job however I'd love to see a few recipes a week. I just can't find an Italian cooking channel on TH-cam that is as good as yours. Also can I ask where did you get your pots and pans? Specifically the large round one that you used to make the sauce in this video? Do you ship your olive oil to England joe? I have a very rare skin condition called Epidermolysis Bullosa that causes my skin to peel off with friction. I have bandages all over my body and have to have morphine every four hours. It's terminal and progressive, I'm only 23 and I've lost many friends with the same condition. My two passions in life our Travelling and FOOD hence why I like your channel. I have a few videos on my channel showing how I live with the condition. I made them to spread awareness so if you could watch and share that would be awesome joe. Thanks for making me happy Joe!!

    "Poud-nayskah", " spagheDee".... Your Italian is very bad. By the way you don't know what the recipe litterally means, and it's better.
