I am an actual Rajani patient, and I can tell you that if you have questions on which direction to go with your aging, book a trip to Portland and see him. He is amazing! (And handsome, yes lol)
I would love to see him but I don’t think he’s accepting new patients 😢
@@jeanniekirby596I heard months ago that he wasn't accepting new patients. Possibly now he might be?
Lucky you!!! He is very handsome yes and such a sweetheart, he certainly has a lot of integrity. I love how passionate he is and how dedicated he is to so generously educating the public. We are so lucky that in this day and age we have so much available to us and such a wealth of information at our fingertips, the beauty industry has progressed so much and so fast. Dr Raj is the best out there imo.
I love how you combine your skin care information with a walking tour in Korea. I'm obsessed with Korean skin care, so very entertaining and interesting!
I love Korean skin care too!
Thank you so much!!
@Rajanimdskincare, which area are you walking in over there in Seoul? Can you please identify the street. Thank you.
All I know is you reek of kindness and caring... thanks for those of us that can't afford a facelift for all your free information❤
🙏🏻🙏🏻
At 50 I still looked fabulous!
I would say at 65 I might have gotten a facelift, but I didn't.
I'm now 70 and my face and skin look pretty darn good. Don't know why...
However I do use facial
l grains, use retinal cream, a good sun block, an organic moisturizer and mask once a week.
I drink lots of water and exercise - I also allowed my gray to grow in.
I look shockingly good for my age!
Thankful to God for good genes.😊
I’m so happy about it!!! I wanna look like you 😍👏🏼 Did you take care all your life? At what age did you start all those habits?
Haha 😂 that’s amazing I don’t think i will look that good so i need to start saving. I dintel smoke or drink alcohol and still not look younger than my age so i better get some fun
@@natalygutierrez2295 I've always walked a lot. I do light stretches in the morning.
I work on forgiving anyone who has tried to hurt me and that because Christ tells us to forgive and pray for them.
I eat two meals a day and I started, as of 4 years ago, to avoid sugar. I use stevia as a natural sweetener.
I have community - people of like mindedness that I meet with weekly.
When I was young, in my 20s, I ate everything I desired and didn't pay attention.
I spent my waking moments after work at the beach (I used to live in L.A.) as a young woman, so I don't know why I don't have more wrinkles, but I always wore sunblock on my face.
I do have wrinkles, they just aren't real deep or real bad.
I use RoC retinal cream every night after I wash my face and I think that helps.
I use organic stuff all the time, like mineral salt for a deodorant.(You can find at a Health Food Store) Whenever you can, go natural/organic)
I'm Italian, so I'm medium olive complexion which helps with sun exposure, I think. Always used organic moisturizer and as crazy as it sounds, I used olive oil frequently. When I accidentally run out of moisturizer, I use olive oil!!!!
Even as a young person I spent time with God and read the Bible. God has been my friend, all my life, since I opened my heart to Him at the age of 18. The Lord has helped me through the years, especially through stressful times. Only He can give us peace, through His Son, Jesus.
You will stay beautiful your entire life, when you walk with Him. 🙏
Great. What retinol cream do you use?
@@elenabetancurbernard6943 I use RoC Retinol Correction Deep Wrinkle Night cream. I buy RoC because it's affordable. It's available at Walgreens or CVS. ( Caution: Go slow with it. Put it on a few times a week and then build to every other day. For me, I use it every night.)
After I remove my makeup in the evening, I wash my face at night with facial grains, I apply a thin layer of the retinal cream, let it dry down and then I use an organic moisturizer.
In the morning I take a clean wet washcloth and wipe my face. I then re-moisturize and apply a tinted sun block.
When I go to the beach, I wear a hat and always take a beach umbrella.
Rajani, keep doing what you do!! You and Dr Dray are my go-tos!
Thanks so much
I used to travel to Seoul when I worked for Air Nz, frequently. I loved the Korean sense of humor. I wish I had known then what I know now about skin care. I'm 68 years old now, but I'm doing as much as I can naturally to catch up. Aging gracefully here, hopefully. Love you Doc ❤
Really enjoyed your walk through the streets of South Korea and seeing their beauty/device stores (very cool), and learning about their skin care and aesthetic practices and how openly they talk about it. Have always known that they are quite advanced in this area but now further understand how it's embedded in their culture. Want to visit South Korea for sure in the near future. Thank you for showing us around!
MY DAUGHTER JUST GAVE ME THE MOST AMAZING KOREAN FACE MASK WITH ATTACHED FACE AND EYE CREAM. I take care of my skin and noticed a difference the first time I used it. I AM TURNING 60 THIS YEAR SO I AM DEFINITELY IN PRESERVATION 😂❤❤
Thanks for sharing!! Enjoy
Tell us what the name of it was and where she bought it please
Please tell us
I thought you were going to leave a link or name of mask your daughter gave you, please?☺️
@sherrystewart2212….. what is the name of the face mask? Thanks!
I would add diet to the list 3:04 I've always stayed healthy but just changing your diet can make a huge difference to your muscle tone and general fitness and looking good.
Very true.
I agree 100% diet and exercise are key!
Diet...get at least 100g of protein A day. Collagen production
@@Lbb789 Yes, I cover that a day... so thats good to know 🙂
Love the Walk & Talk!!
Thanks....i ll make some more soon.
You motivate me! As I’m listening to your talk I see my Rajani sheet mask. I can’t wait to try it. Thank you so much for encouraging me to not give up on my 60s.
Don't give up dear

So glad to see that you are introducing to the US what is commonplace in Korea. They do utilize lots of different lasers too in their skin clinics. Could you address what they use & how they use it as well? I’ve seen that some will use 8-12 lasers in a day! Seems so much more advanced then what we have here
Grateful for the timeline in the description box - so helpful in locating the many topics covered. Thank you for such an excellent and comprehensive video. ☺️🌺
Glad it was helpful! Enjoy
I’ve been using KBeauty products for over 20 years. People always think I am in my late 30s/early 40s instead of mid-50s. Nice to see you promoting KBeauty philosophies versus too invasive procedures! I love walking through all the beauty stores in Seoul!
I had to wait all day to watch this video and it was so worth the wait! Excellent information and I love tour!
Glad you enjoyed it! I appreciate that feedback
Will be in Korea in 6 days so the timing of this video couldn’t be more perfect! 🤩 Thank you so much, Dr. Rajani; you are such a love for sharing your precious and copious knowledge! ❤❤❤
My pleasure
Excellent idea!! I love this video, walking with you in Korea. Please do more videos like this one, is nice to go with you for a walk
Awesome info as always amazing doc!
Thanks for all those information you shared here
So nice of you
Love how you combine travel with this.
Thank you Dr Rajani for always giving us the most up to date information. I love listening to you. I’ve incorporated much of the information you share. I recently purchased your plasma glo face mask. I really see a big difference in my skin glow and tightness. I want to add that i had another infrared mask that I used for about 6 months. I stopped utilizing it because I couldn’t see any change. I definitely see a difference with yours. Thank you again for sharing your wisdom

Love this walking talk, Dr! Thank you! Which Korean sheet masks to buy and where to buy please?
I sell them at store.rajanimd.com
Great Video 👌🏼
I thank you
I can't imagine having a 12 to 15 skin care routine 😮
I have several facial devices.. Ziip and 3 devices from Evenskyn company from Canada their RF facial device with more, the eye device and their LED mask!
Also, I assume the Rejulift is not available for purchase in the US? I’m only seeing them on EBay which makes me a bit hesitant.
Please do a detailed review on Rejulift
Dr Rajan, what type of estrogen cream do you recommend?
Also what do you think about Versa?
Really helpful video thank you! Please can you talk more about autologous fat transfer face lifts - I've heard they give remarkable results, but would love your take on them
Thank you for this. What is the MEDIC cube device? They were all lined up to get?
Dr Rajani, what is your opinion on FaceTite?
Love the content, thank you!
Can you talk about what the optimal levels of hormones are in menopause? If you do blood tests, they just give you the “normal” range for people in your age group, not the “optimal”
🔴 *Your products have incredible remarkable ingredients. I approve and I rarely approve. I'm Impressed Highly Recommend your ingredients/products. 🏆🙌 Thank You* 💐
Glad you like them!
What do you think about the vet reetle creams? Are they safe long term?
I love ❤ how you explain to us
I thank you
Speaking of cholesterol, this is from a Harvard Health article:
Does cholesterol turn into hormones?
Cholesterol also is needed to make vitamin D, hormones (including testosterone and estrogen), and fat-dissolving bile acids. In fact, cholesterol production is so important that your liver and intestines make about 80% of the cholesterol you need to stay healthy.
Personally, I feel much better since I have raised my cholesterol :).
I’m vegan and look AMAZING 😂
@@GoOutside321of course you are. Lol 😂😂😂 had to tell everyone
I’m the perfect candidate for anything you could do for me..trying to get my V back😮…willing to mortgage home if required ❤
Doc would you use EGF with Sculputra or even a meso PCL Serum with Sculptra?
Wow, this is a cool video! I love the Korean sheet face masks; I buy them all the time and put them on about 15 minutes when I’m in the bath tub🙂
I saw you in your office about 12-14 years ago. You put me through the procedure where the machine looked at my face in three dimensions, and you told me that I had terrific skin. I was a director at Pittock Mansion then and I sent you some tickets, and you sent me your whole skin care regime. It was terrific.
You don’t look a day older than that day that I saw you in your office ! Whatever you’re doing, I want that.
I did come into your office about a year and a half to two years ago for cool sculpting, though I didn’t see you. That didn’t work too well for me I was one of the ones that it wasn’t effective for.
I do enjoy your videos all the time and I think they’re very informative. I hope to come in and get one of the red light masks soon🐞
I am very interested in a review about the rejulift Device, as shown in the video. Thanks!!
How do you get the rejulift in USA? I couldn't find it
I found some on EBay, around $1700.
wow im subscribed this channel after watch this
Thank you
I dont undersstand, I read that led light is not real light and its bad for ur body when you use it at home. So have can your body absorb red led light?
Please do a full review of ReJulift or any device you recommend. Thank you, Dr. Rajani!

This video has a very nice atmosphere. Question - I'm using tretinoin creme and a 20% glycolic acid face wash daily (face wash twice a day, tretinoin - at night) for years and don't have any irritation (only in the very beginning). Does it mean that I don't have inflammation? Am I overdoing it or not if I can tolerate both very well? Enjoy your stay in Korea!
I agree with you about statins, no thanks. Inflammation is the culprit and should be addressed first.
I wanted to hear about facial peels, but it jumped back to the devices lol 😊
Dr can you please tell me if IQ pen is a good procedure for under eyes. I was thinking of PRF but wanted your opinion 🙏
Where can we get this regulift device?
can ez gel creates enough " volume " to be used as a cheek implant alternative like sculptra does ? even tho i know it will never be similar but can it be used to add volume to those area and get more projected cheekbones for those loooking for a more chiseled look? thanks doctor
It can . I have a video of a 30 year old I did that with and she's 3 yrs out now...but at 30 the fat pads are healthy. As we age one may need an extra session
Dr. Rajani, I would love to learn more about chemical reels what can you start with maybe at home or are your suggesting in office treatment?
Stay tuned
doc did you check out Juvelook which is a an injectable skin booster made of 42,5mg plla and a small amount of non crossed link HA? It's made in korea and a huge hit in asia where i'm at right now. Hope to have your thoughts on it. In asia we have a huge variety of different skin boosters unlike in the u.s so it can get confusing. We have Gouri {liquid pcl), NCFT ( vitamins and amino acids} dozens of different brands of exosomes injectables, rejuran (old but gold) and many many more. So hard to choose which one when they don't come cheap.
Yes I saw them all. Very interesting
Please please while you’re in Korea- tell us your thoughts on reedle shots. Travel safe!
Are you planning to work with Rejuran by any chance? I haven’t tried their injectables but I love their skin care products
I test products from almost everyone
Gotta pay my parent plus loan 💸 off so unfortunately no face lift for me. 😅I love this information! Thank you. 🙏🏼 I have sculptra, Botox and a hyrolonic acid injected at 54. I’m happy with results, but as always… interested in learning about devices.
I have a question.. i used to use ROC retinol capsules.. now ive just started retinal.. im starting slowly, but what is de max times to use retinal each week?
Every day once a day preferably at night
I am 64 and want to start taking a collegen powder for my skin, as well as my joints. I have intractable chronic pain due to abdominal/pelvic adhesions (frozen abdomen). Will the collagen powder create stronger and tighter adhesions? That would be horrible. My pain is severe and 24/7.
Dr. I wanna use estrogen face cream for its benefit, however, I'm afraid it will aggravate melasma. What are your thoughts on this?
It may well aggravate melasma that is triggered by hormones. Watch my complete video on estrogen face cream. Search...rajani estrogen face cream
Im more on eating healthy food than using cosmetics. I do have a skin care routine but I use some products that can be foune in my kitchen like turmeric, black coffee, olive oil or coconut oil, lemon and honey.
Such a cool video Dr. R! How about PCL for biostimulators? Could you recommend any products?
Gouri
