Reliability is the only thing that worries me about Dream and Roborock. I’ve had 2 Roomba vac and mop for 5-6 years now and both still working strong but I upgraded to S8 Maxv and it takes less than third of the time now to mop and vac. I purchased mine at Best Buy since I have total tech membership so less hassle with repairs and replacements so I just hope this thing lasts long enough.Debating if I should return it and get dream X40 since I can convert it to drain and fill.
Memo to everyone. Save your boxes. Dreame wanted the return I sent back in the original package. I just happened to keep the box in the closet. I guess it's safe to get rid of the boxes after you purchase your next robo vac ;)
I think the 30 days is for swapping out for a brand new one/like a normal return.. After 30 days it would be a repair under warranty. I have had 3 different roborocks and have had to use the warranty with them on 1. I had to do the same as far as shipping back but they have always repaired under warranty and I got it back in about a week. So far they have honored their warranty with no problems. For me at least.
I'm having the same issue with mine, but I'm after 30 days. Device is relatively new, barely used it and have this problem. But if they don't have a 1 year warranty I can never recommend this company. Too risky for the buyer. I hope my warranty experience with good.
They sound just like what "Keurig" tried to pull off with what happened with my wife and I. It's too much to explain, but they did like what your saying about you situation with the robo Rock company
i think i't an issue with your iPad, you can try with your phone and see if it has the same issue, none of my 3 roborocks have issue with that loading map screen
You kidding? These products are expensive, and if you only get a 30 day replacement period that is awful. In the video they made it seem like they were doing him a favor. When spending 500-1000 on a product buyers expect it to last longer than 30 days and if there are issues, that the company is owning up to issues that buyers may be experiencing.

That wouldn’t have been covered under the warranty? I find that rather alarming.
me too
@JustADad will the second one be covered under the 30 days???
